The door to enter the store is a pull door, and once you enter it is very air conditioned inside, a huge difference from the 91 degrees it is outside today (09-11-2021). It is well lit inside and they have a great selection of snacks and cold drinks, along with a restroom. Finally, they have a car wash if you want. Experience: I will now go to this gas station over the one next door and the one across the street. This one is way better! It's all on flat ground so it's easier to access, they have a restroom, the store is air conditioned inside, car wash, and there was a young male employee with dark hair working today who was super nice! Much nicer than theemployees at the store next door and across the street. 100% I will go here from now on. Also, the gasoline is cheaper here. I got gas & paid for a car wash. When I pulled into car wash after entering code just as I have for the past 24 years, the car wash wet my car but didn't wash it. When I went to report this to the person inside in charge, he looked at me & said that was the oldest sham in the books & refused to give me a wash or my money back. He was nasty & rude which was hurtful especially after the 24 year relationship I've had with this station. I am an elderly woman & use a cane so I just left. I will not return which is a shame since I live nearby. read more

The pump says Diesel #2 but there is a little sticker on the pump that says Bio-Diesel, My Ford dealer says do not run that junk in your truck if you plan on keeping it. read more

Conveniently located right off the 78 at the Nordahl exit. What I found odd was during this visit, Shell and Arco (right across the street) had the same gas prices. I opted for the better gas this time around. This Shell has an on-site car wash and TV screens at the pumps. This location is not as shady as the Arco across the way. read more

This isn't my favorite gas station but sometimes I'm forced to go. I hate the entrance/exit. If you're on Mission, heading east...you have to make a few turns to get into the station. It's sort of a pain since that intersection is a wreck to begin with. Anyway, the prices are okay...and I only go here when costco gas is crazy busy. read more

I would be devastated if this sHell station closed down. I've done at least 4 reviews on it. One review per new manager. I like to keep my information fresh so every time they get a new manager or get taken over by another management company. However, there have been multiple reports that this station is permanently closed. I certainly hope not because I'm writing this review from the bathroom. Visitors love to hate this place yet return daily if not hourly. All day everyday. I don't understand the behavior. Even when I worked graveyard shift it was anything but a graveyard and all the customers and employees I was in contact with always seemed reasonably happy. Unless it was about the gas prices! I don't think that's anyone's fault. So there's no reason to hate this place. The car Wash still works all hours of the night, the water and air pump have been upgraded so you can appear 10% better when you loiter with the immense numbers of homeless folks. sHell Also has a new assistant manager who is super friendly. read more

It is extremely hard to get into this gas stations. It's on a really busy street. My only issue is that there are moments where they would just close down the store with out any notice. There have a couple times where the employee would tell me they can't help anyone while they are drinking coffee sitting on a chair. If it wasn't a shell I would go to a different gas station. read more

I always wash my windows while getting gas anywhere. These squeegees were long, but too heavy. There's also a crease in all of them (I tried two different ones) so you can't wipe away the water without leaving a huge line with every swipe. It's at the corner of two busy streets so it's hard to get back onto the freeway without making a longer detour. read more

I don't normally leave bad reviews but since I'm standing here being inconvenienced I figured I would take the time. This gas station needs to be revamped for sure. The pumps are dirty and the buttons are worn out. The Tv's are only playing sound. But the worst is the rate of which the pump dispenses fuel. I've been standing here for a good 10 min and my tank is still filling. My tank is only 25 gallons. I will never come back to this station again. read more

Charged me for $150 bucks worth of gas at the pump, there goes me getting to work considering I can't get home. Rent was two days ago. Manager said it will be back in my account the next day, no it's the next week. Hooray! Busy dial tone every time you call. Oh isn't it lovely your money goes poof! Would of been better off buying pot and pizza. The nozzle did the usual thing, after pressing the button for fuel grade, it asked me if I wanted a receipt, I thought no I want my gas to make money to get home. Don't pay card here, pay cash. I never ever had a problem like that before. The guy there was nice, polite, manager was polite. So what's up? Do I get free gas from shell all week for the inconvenience so I can get to work?
