DO NOT! I repeat! Do not trust this gas station. The employer who was of Indian decent tried to cheat me out paying for my gas. I asked him if I can put 45 dollars on number 6 gas vendor. As I pumping my gas I notice only put 24.99 on the vendor. I went back up told him the situation. He then acts like he doesn't know what the hell he's doing and hands me a receipt with the 24.99 of gas printed on it with a penny on top of the receipt?! Not only he got my order wrong but then says "Oh I thought you said you wanted 25 on number 6? So if you thought I said 25, wouldn't the receipt have 25 dollars on it then? Like WTF? In conclusion I told this man to give me back half of my request on gas. And eventually he did. Be careful of this gas crooks! read more

The gas attendant was a major douchebag super rude to me.... I mean it only takes nothing but one second to show some proper politeness and just say excuse me I'll be right with you if you're busy. But in my case... when I went inside to get a reprint on receipt cuz it didn't print out at the pump, I asked him if he could reprint my receipt. he didn't say nothing. I grabbed 2 redbulls put them on the counter and ask him again can you reprint out my receipt from pump number 5. I'm busy ma'am and sighs God. He was helping another customer. I said excuse me how am I supposed to know you're busy helping another customer when there wasnt a customer when i came in here. He tells me you can see im busy. I told him you're hella rude! How hard is it to acknowledge somebody and let them know that you're busy instead of being a straight douchebag rude ass man!!!! I went in here to buy my hubby a cigarette... the lady inside the booth is SO rude! Mayela is her name (not sure if its even her real one) My first time to buy, i barely hear her sp i dnt know what she wants me to do and her reaction when i didnt do what she told me ("OH My God Lady) Mayela, i am not stupid, its just my first time in ur horrible gas station and if u speak clearly and loudly i would have understood u. So I sometimes go here when Chevron is crowded. Today, it was busier than normal. I got to the pump, swiped my card and entered my zip, and started pumping. Except...nothing was pumping. I put the pump back, made sure I wasn't charged for anything, and tried again. Nothing. I walked to the attendant with 3 different signs up. "credit card machines down" "no gas" and something else. It wasn't a large sign either. You had to walk to the window. I was rather pissed because there were no signs on the pump and you only found out by walking to the window. It was rather sad when the customers that are leaving had to warn incoming folks of the "no gas" situation. Be careful though, when I walked to the window to ask about the pumps, there was someone with 1/2 a sandwich stuffed in their mouth grunting and flailing their arms at you. VERY rude Latina lady who works here. My husband was at the pump in the car waiting for the attendant as she was gossiping with a customer. She was waiting for the other customer to leave so he could pay cash for gas. As soon as the person left, the lady comes out of the booth and starts rudely telling him to park else were. Again, he was not parking there just to park, he was waiting for her to finish her conversation. This is not the first incident with her. She was asked her why she was always rude, she responded rudely, condescending cursing and using obsene Gestures. He decided he would Pay with the debit card instead of having to deal with her again. She stopped the pump mid fueling up. The pump said "pump stopped". He decided it was not worth anymore arguing so He decided to leave. As He was leaving and waiting in line to catch a green light (street next to gas station) the attendant came out and stood there flipping him off while he sat in traffic. I will never get gas at this location again and I will encourage my VERY large family and friends to boy cott this location until this nasty woman is no longer here. As you can read the previous reviews. She has a history of this. Spend your money elsewhere. Gas is everywhere and I rather go out my way than help pay this horrible woman's salary. read more

Got off from work late at night left my credit card at home on accident only had $100 bill trying to put $50 in my gas tank and the guy couldn't even break my change. Horrible guest service super rude! This place is lucky its even getting one star. read more

i give this gas station ONE STAR because it does have gas and it's no fault of the gas as to why this place is not worth your time. i try to avoid this gas station because of too many disappointments. today i've had enough and even when it's convenient i will still go out of my way to sit in the lines down the street at CHEVERON. the cashier this morning was absolutely and unnecessarily RUDE!! the pump i was using seemed to be having trouble with my cc so i went to the counter after my 3rd attempt and she said the machine is broken. i asked if i had to move to another pump and she said "all the machine is broken". i said "so i can't use my cc", she replied NOOO. so i told her it'd be helpful if you put up a sign at the pumps so people don't waste their time.. she starts to lecture me about who knows what since i could hardly understand her. she had no reason to be upset and raise her voice to me let alone act as if it was my fault the machines were down. a simple CASH ONLY sign at the pump over the screen would tell me all the info i needed to know and i could've avoided dealing with this angry lady at the start of my day. read more

If you can avoid this place please do so! The worst thing is not only that the gas here is pretty high up there than most places, but the most terrible thing here is the service at the booth, it sucks!! Especially when this older lady decides to work there. My starter wouldn't work one day and she says to me "you can't park here, we are very busy and we have a lot of customers that need gas, you are in the way, you need to move your car." Yet when I look around the whole gas station was literally empty. Yea very busy my ass. Now I have learned my lesson stay away from this gas station and that rude lady, and ditch that piece of dirt I used to call my car. But any ways my advice go to Arco in mountain view. Best place to go to get cheap gas and great customer service. read more
