My car was serviced at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria with certified Mercedes mechanics, as to which I was told, there are no mechanical defects nor issues with this car. I went back to have it re-inspected, failed again. At this point, it seems as though this shell is running a fraudulent inspection operation. DONT GO HERE FOR INSPECTION THEY ARE ALL CROOKS. Don't waste your time or your money go to a real inspection service center.

I absolutely HATE using public restrooms, and I HATE (to the 10th power) using public gas station restrooms. They seem to be the WORST (in regards to cleanliness). Anyway, I pulled over to this BP, and went to the restroom.... and OMGosh!!! I could not believe it. It was one of the cleanest gas station restrooms that I have ever gone to. Not only that, this restroom also had a window (which was open) which allowed for fresh air to flow in and out. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised! With that being said, this BP gets 5 stars with me!!! :)

They charged $230 after complete discount. But after couple hours my car started and gave horrible sound. I went back, the guy told me that I have to come early next day. I went there again they made several excuses and told me again please come tomorrow early morning. I went again and they charged $40 more for extra service. As matter of fact, the problem was with another thing and they were trying to diagnose the something other. I have very bad experiences and still my car has the same sound at the time of taking break. Zero customer service they either not mechanic at all. I am not recommending this place to anyone.

I have had a card for so long that it's lost and I use my phone number at other Sunoco's. I usually stop when I'm in a pinch and just want to put a splash of gas in to hold me over. But the store has all the necessities and the station overall is lit quite well at night. The gas station also does some car repair, so you'll see some extra cars parked in the rather tight lot... and now, there's a (delicious) Honduran food truck there as well, drawing even more traffic. With CVS already being there with their one-way drive thru for prescription pickup, the area can feel a little cramped. But fortunately, gas stations are one thing Greenbelt doesn't lack in.

Tow truck driver she was outside with and chatting and smoking cigarettes with also refused to give me a jump start. This is the most uncaring, disrespectful place I've ever been. The tire wall had a quarter sized hole, so repair was impossible. They recommended Hamid's service center at the Shell station across the street. I actually drove the car a little more than a block very slowly on the rim. Hamid amazed me finding tires for a subcompact car in less than a day. It always takes us a couple of days to get tired even at PEPBoys or the dealership. The morning after talking with Hamid, my car was ready. Price was very reasonable. My husband was shocked. We thought we'd be without a car for the better part of a week with a heavy bill. Incredibly fast, efficient service at a reasonable price. Great experience.
