That day, unleaded fuel price was $3.85/gallon. I was attempting to reap my $.20cent reward which should give me a price of $3.65/gallon, however, there was issue with the pump not reflecting the discounted price. So I re-attempted again the purchase off the Shell app and I was notified that I had already utilized my reward which was incorrect. I hadn't even fueled my vehicle yet. Ultimately, the pump only provided me with a $.05cent discount. I was not happy at all. I addressed and reported the issue with Shell Fuel rewards via email and they are currently investigating this. One of the previous reviews indicated that pumps #2, #4 and #12 do not provide you with your rewards. I have definitely made note of this for my future visits. I hope this merchant improves this issue asap. I've also purchased their meatballs on a stick for my snack on the road. It was delicious.

I've had five instances where this came up and on the same products and they still have not changed the pricing in their system. By law, they are supposed to honor what's advertised but they always say they can't change the price. I have asked twice for the owner to give me a call and have not received a phone call. At this point, I will alert the attorney general for Washington State. Huge alert to pay attention to what you were being charged inches no they will not honor and correct their mistake! The picture is an example of the ongoing issue with this product. The price is $1.49; when scanned at the register, it comes up $.50 more.
