To whoever this may concern, I am writing this review in regards to an employee that may or may not work at this particular Shell, so this post will be added to other locations. Tonight on 6/14/26, around 3:55 AM, a Caucasian male of around 40s-50s, full blonde mustache, blue eyes, either bald or short hair under his hat, wearing a Shell uniform with almost baggy black shorts, black wrist band likely a watch of sorts, was stopping by my place of work as we are open late to shop. Earlier, we had a difficult incident of theft where one individual threatened gun violence, something that I told him and his group he was with that we will be closed for a bit to avoid that scenario coming true. He exclaimed to me no the fuck you're not, you're gonna be open because I need to get milk for my baby. I did not tolerate that behavior and told him forget it I was gonna be nice and let only you in and refused him service, to which he then said fuck you multiple times and other expletives. I wasn't able to get a good look at his name tag as he shined a light from his phone or a flashlight to prevent me from having a good looks but it looks like he was barely leaving work around the time I listed. Just went in to grab some drinks and get a gas gift card. The female cashier told me that she could only take cash for the gift card. So no worries I tell her I'll be back and go to atm further down the street. I come back and ask to buy a card and now she tells me that the cards have been having a glitch lately so she won't be able to sell me one anway. I tell that her I would've appreciated her telling me that on my first visit instead of wasting my time. Terrible service. read more

Filled up gas. I need to collect my gas receipts because I use a work credit card. I press receipt, machine tells me to see attendant. I go to attendant and ask for my receipt and I'm told its a shift change and I have to wait at least 5 minutes if I want my receipt. Completely unacceptable, just print the receipt, asking people to take time out of their day to wait for a receipt is insane. Have the machine print it like most other places, have a responsive cashier, certainly don't do it this way. read more

I think this station is better than any gas station in the vicinity considering how high prices are this particular station matches and beats gas prices around being a top tier gas brand not like all the other cheap gas fumes that people pay $5.00 for. The members are always nice and always help if I need air for my tires overall 10/10 service. I had a horrible experience there today with their teller Cody. Very rude, sarcastic and completely lacks customer service. This review is not based off the product the company offers but solely the customer service I received. If I as a customer have a question and you think you know the answer is it too much to ask to complete the question? I hate being over spoken especially by someone that looks like they benefit from white privilege. I did not get to complete my question. I have I was pumping my gas he threatens to stop my service I egg him on and tell him go ahead. I Pursley didn't have a problem finding gas somewhere else. I fortunately already had more than enough to get to my next destination no thanks to him. Why did Cody have the need to walk outside and continuously talk to me and try and aggravate me so he can have the last word? And let me know that shell is not like a restaurant so he doesn't have to offer customer service and the customer isn't always right? I have no clue but it definitely put a damper on my day for about three minutes. Enough for me to leave this honest review about the quality of character you have working at your store. Marcus/Marcos shut off every pump I attempted to use because he said I'm not allowed to fill up a jerry can that I didn't buy at the gas station . I politely asked for his name and left to proceed to wait for AAA. The he comes out again yelling at me that he's calling the cops. I tell him I'm waiting for AAA because of his store policy and I receive only profanity in return. He don't like me taking a photo of him to show to his boss though. read more

You know, they have these new gas-efficient nozzles that can really make a girl look dumb... Fortunately, they also have friendly people working there, who really knows how to help a damsel in distressed! I was not a happy camper when I went to purchase my first propane tank and was charged $50 and come to find out that it was a completely empty tank. The individual that assisted me carried it for me and insisted that everything was fine. DO NOT BUY PROPANE TANKS HERE or gas for that matter. read more

This place is great. My VW has been loosing coolant so I took my VW to a Dealership who told me nothing was wrong with my car, and then to a German shop who told me that my engine would blow up so I should trade it in right away. Then I took it to Sean at this shell station who found a leak in the Thermostat housing and is charging me a few hundred dollars. They work fast, and they charge a good hourly rate plus they don't try to game you like every other shop. Even though I live 25 miles away I think I'll keep using this little shell station. After looking all day in the city of Orange to find somebody to do my 83 CJ7 Jeep I found this place and they were able to do it and do it quickly. These guys, although under construction with new car wash being built still took in my Jeep and did the smog test and passed it. Love this place. read more

Do not go here for any help with your car the manager or owner gentleman is very rude and not at all willing to even help a single young lady with an almost flat tire get air. If they can't do something so simple or have enough compassion to help a woman in trouble why ask them to do anything else for you. I only put one star so you would read it! 10 fill stations, service center, pay phone, propane and bathrooms if you're brave enough. This gas station is situated on a corner so there are multiple entry and exit points which is always nice. But it was not super well maintained at the time of my visit. No paper towels in any of the little trash and window wiper stations. No wipers either! read more

I've always come here for my smog checks, but last time, I had to do a "test only station". At the test only station, the guy told me my car was overheating and sent me back to the Shell station. The guy here opened my hood, told me to find a place to hang out for a few hours so my car could cool down and put anti-freeze in and if that didn't work, to come back. Stopped in for gas and air. After putting in 15 gallons of overpriced gas I asked the attendant to turn on the air so I could put air in my tire. He said in broken english that I needed to put in money. I told him I just spent 45 bucks on gas but he didn't seem to care. He just lost me as a customer.
