The service was good, I actually drive 20 mins out of my way to come to this location because of the service but this time was a little different. While I was waiting in the lobby I kept hearing yells and hollering by the service workers. It made me feel a bit nervous because I didn't know why they were yelling. It felt unprofessional and working on cars is such an important job, with the yelling I worry they weren't paying enough attention to what they were doing. I don't want anyone to get in trouble, or face any repercussions, just maybe hear this and think about yelling while working on the cars. We'll I thought my first Jiffy experience was good but after the oil change my engine light came on. I did a youtube search on "engine light came on after oil change" and found a guy saying watch out for places like Jiffy and suggested to check the MAF hose. Sure enough it was off the connection. Easy fix. You would think that a place like Jiffy, doing thousands of oil changes, would check for that. I guess not. The people there were nice but why the unnecessary stress for something they should know. Oh btw I have a slow oil leak now which was there there before- I hope it was just due to the "tech" dropping the filter and spilling the oil. read more

Nice location with friendly and fast staff. Just had a basic oil change done but the staff were very communicative and updated me on other items on my car that are in good condition. They even took the time to show me the old oil on my dipstick before changing. This will be my new primary location for the wife and I's cars. If you aren't white I wouldn't recommend coming here. They prioritize white folks, at least a tall white skinny guy that works here does. I get here all is normally the guy tells me to leave my keys and go inside. I do as he asked, once inside so other white folks get here as I'm sitting inside, the worker proceeds to helping the white folks that go here after me all while he sees me sitting there, I got my brown as up ask them to take my car out. The others workers there (Hispanic) where nice and understanding and just simply apologized, do to there response I feel that it's not the first time something like this happens. This is has been my go-to Jiffy Lube since coming to CA. Annually, I'm sat in the waiting room while they service my car, and I've yet to have many complaints about the service. Yes, they'll do the typically thing where they upsell you on things, but they'll easily take no for an answer, and it's never felt pushy. Worst experience ever. Should have just changed my oil myself and checked my fluids. I brought both my car and my daughter's car in and told them to check all the fluids and change the oil. They did the oil.. i think.. but they said our fluids were go to go and that they checked and filled them. my daughter's car over heated and died a week later and my new bmw's light came on two weeks after saying it was low on coolant. just go somewhere else. this place is awful. read more

Whoever did my last oil change did NOT put any new oil in my filter. My car stalled on the freeway and when I had the car looked at, it was brought to my attention that I had NO oil after only a 6 weeks of getting an oil change. I did my due diligence and had the whole car looked at to be sure I had zero leaks. Do NOT go to jiffy lube for oil changes. They will put your lives at risk. read more

This review is in regard to the Jiffy Lube facility in Santa Ana off of Tustin Ave. I took my Chevy Silverado in for an oil change around November of 2022. Since then I have seen drips of oil in my driveway which I assumed was due to the age of my truck (2006). It wasn't until yesterday (6 months later) that I look under the truck and see oil dripping from the oil filter. I turned it clockwise a full turn before it was snug, and then another quarter turn to tighten it. I can't believe the technician did not bother to tighten my fuel filter. Being that I don't drive it often, it did not become an issue, just an annoyance because I was cleaning the driveway whenever I saw a stain. When I opened the hood to check the oil level, I noticed that the air filter box was unfastened and open to atmosphere. Avoid this location! read more

Fastest oil change I have ever had done and David still took the time to tell me how I can return for the other services they offer. I came at 4:30 p.m. and they told me they are closing down in 15 minutes and cant help me, besides the staff was being rude to me. DO NOT take your vehicle to this Jiffy Lube to get the vehicle inspection. They charge $40, opposed to the $23 that is listed. The manager was also rude. Avoid them like the plague and go elsewhere. UPDATE: Spoke a rep of Jiffy Lube. The rep informed me that they understand it is neither their fault or mine that the inspection price listed in the Uber app for drivers was an old price. I then spoke with the actual manager (it was the assistant manager that was rude to me). The manager honored the $23 price and sincerely apologize for what I went through. That just shows that they do have good customer service, and strive to be on the customer side. So now I do give them a thumbs up and promote them, at least this location. read more

Off the bat, he was very welcoming and ready to get our services checked off our errands list and get us back on the road. We got an oil change and tire rotation. This took maybe 30-45 min since they had other vehicles in the bay. If you have a provided email with Jiffy Lube, you do get coupon and discount deals for their services via email so definitely make sure you have it set up with them! They also have a Jiffy Lube app to log all services and keep you on track! If you do have a coupon that you would like to use, I suggest printing it out prior to your visit and present the coupon as you are greeted.
