My RAM 3500 dually GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating) is 14,000 pounds (truck and cargo). The real truck curb weight is 7500 to 7800 pounds. Please explain to the inspector about the real weight difference and please push him to review and study about the driver door placard information. I have been coming every year and now I can't trust him since he will check for the minimum to fail my vehicle. Happened on May 23th 2026 time 2:30 pm. Instead of explaining or investigating, he argued with me and kept repeating how long he's been in the business. His attitude was unnecessarily rude, and he made no real effort to help. It felt like he just wanted to go home and didn't want to bother with another customer. If you value your time or want respectful service, I would avoid getting an inspection done here.
