The exterior was okay, but the interior wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There was still a lot of dog hair, dirt, and debris on the carpet, and it seemed like the focus was on cleaning the floor mats while the actual carpet underneath was mostly overlooked. I was told the crumbs were still there because their vacuum couldn't pick up debris that small, and they also mentioned they didn't have a special vacuum to remove dog hair. You know, I tried to be understanding, but could not be approving. The car was clean. Okay, they were sloppy when cleaning the interior, knocking an important paper neatly placed in the slot of my car door onto the ground. Everything can improve. These guys get $44 to clean the inside and outside of the car with 6 different people and still can't manage to wipe a door frame. These guys attention to detail is minimal. Yesterday I decided to treat myself to car wash/interior cleaning & purchased the "ultimate wash" for $39. First off, the customer service was not welcoming at all, it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by even being there. There was no direction, I wasn't sure to go where and when and what the process was. There was no flow at all. I sat in the car during the car wash and then got out for the interior cleaning. I could see multiple people working on the car, but it didn't look much different than before. My car wasn't particularly dirty inside or out, but the parts that needed attention on the outside didn't get clean. There was only 1 guy wiping down cars at the end (and he was working hard, so not faulting him, it was way too much work for 1 person), but there were streaks on my car The front bumper & wheels weren't clean. In May 2023, I visited the local shop located in Minniville Rd Woodbridge VA location to speak to someone who could assist me with this matter. The attendant checked the records and was able to determine that my father had only used the services on the day he supposedly signed up in September 2022. I asked how you keep track of records, and they said they put a sticker on the windshield and write the tag number in the system. They also said that the manager only spoke english. However, after further inspecting my father's vehicle, there was no barcode or sticker whatsoever. It is unacceptable that a senior, particularly if there is a language barrier, is charged for a membership that was not explained to him. It feels like he was taken advantage of, and we wonder if there are any other customers with a similar situation. read more

I came on a Sunday morning at 8:40am there was only one car there other then mine. The attention to detail is obviously horrendous from the pictures. I am a monthly Flagship subscriber and the Woodbridge location needs a bit of supervision! I visited today, only one person drying and catching vehicles as they came out of the wash. I then had to drive my vehicle around to the vacuum and detail drive through. My vehicle was the only vehicle present, in the detail tunnel were 9 employees sitting around joking watching the 1 employee who was drying the next vehicle. Since I have started the subscription I have visited 2 other Flagship locations and the attention to detail for the money spent far exceeds the services provided at Woodbridge. Per the supposed listed items of the Flagship wash menu criteria is not fulfilled at Woodbridge! I will give 2 employees a good job! They are the individual who was wiping down the wheels on the drivers side and the window cleaner drivers side. 1 female employee did nothing and stayed at the tunnel entrance! Flagship Management need to get a hold of this location or they need to enlighten the staff of the wash criteria. They need to get out of the smart wash routines! read more

Its metal, and spring loaded , not a glued on piece. Staff was kind of " ok we will look and call you" , they found it in the wash the next day, never apologized or offered a refund or any way to contact anyone in management, they just looked at me like a deer in the headlights. Two emails over the course of 10 days to the online website form under " damage ", which apparently means " ignore " and I'm still out the cost of the wash and $50 plus shipping for a used one I found online. They do a terrible job wiping the car down because of the rush and line. Tire shine was dull at best. Flagship has bought all the neighboring car washes in the area. They did not hesitate to continue to charge me even though I was no longer using their service. I've been here four times and I still have the same dirt on the right side of my car not to mention the shell of a dead bee that the car wash cannot get off. I personally think it's funny that it's been missed every time but I think I will not continue my monthly subscription with them, I don't understand how the car wash cannot get the dirt and then the people drying barley attempt to wipe it off.
