I've been going to Flagship Carwash for a while. It's nice because it's close, which makes it super convenient. Unfortunately, I've noticed that a few of the vacuums on both sides are often broken. Also, with the recent snow, the lines have been extra long. I feel like they could do a better job utilizing both lanes for members. Usually, the membership lane is longer while the cash lane is shorter, yet all members are still directed into one line. The cheapest membership is currently $29.99, and it's worth it considering one visit is about $15. Just be mindful that if you feel the car wash didn't clean your car well, you're only allowed to go through once per day. read more

almost EVERY time I use the Haymarket facility something is down/broken, I u the location (as it is closest to m) 2/3 days a week. The tire shine has been broken/down for months now, yesterday all the vacuums were down/broken , the roller brush that cleans the top of the vehicle is OFTEN broken/down. The worst part of this car wash is that they don't enforce the member vs non member lines. That leaves non members in the members line and it slows down the entire process. Half the time the drying micro fiber runs out and it takes them forever to replenish read more

The car wash that used to be here pretty much sucked... they had poor service and did a poor job cleaning vehicles. Now it's a Flagship and their a really decent car wash, but this one is still mediocre. The service when I went was a pain to deal with, as they asked me to get out right as I was just pulling in the car wash to remove my antenna. Then once I got back in, they asked me to collapse the mirrors. I said forget it, let's see what happens. If they're that worried about both, they could go the extra mile and do those things for the guests, rather than hold up the line to have me go through this. And I don't want to hear about liability, because other car washes do that when needed. I went through the car wash today in Haymarket Virginia and the passenger side of the vehicle was barely touched . There are still a lot of dirt spots and dried soap on the passenger side because the soft brushes couldn't reach my smaller car all the way. This wash wasn't worth the $25 I paid. Would be worth it if someone else would wipe the car down if i didnt want to vacuum the car. Will just wash my car myself. read more

I have bought the unlimited membership for my vehicles after having a membership with another carwash club and I am very happy with our choice in doing so. Love the features this place has from towels to wipe car down, air gun to blow water and inside car out to great vacuums to clean car out. Staff is very friendly and facility is clean as well. Similar to several reviews, I was engaged by rude employees (2 different employees) demanding I pay for and wash my car before vacuuming. That is a completely illogical way to clean a vehicle creating numerous water spots on a freshly washed car - also completely counter to 30-years of experience using these types of establishments. Why was this demanded, because I don't have membership - which means I'm actually paying more for the wash. As noted by many, there is no signage displayed to indicate this rule. I contacted corporate using the number provided to several reviews. Turns out vacuuming after paying and washing is a preference, but not corporate policy or mandate. Beyond the rude employees and near constant peddling of memberships, the wash is not very thorough, it constantly leaves dirty areas on the front of my vehicle. I would recommend avoiding this location, at a minimum. Perhaps the overall chain is good, but this location would not qualify as good, at least In my opinion. read more

Your company has been billing our credit card $39.99 twice a month unauthorized. We have not been able to reach you by phone and the customer service representative via email is rude and unhelpful. The sign up process is very deceptive as we only came for one car wash. We would appreciate a resolution to our request for refund. read more

Completely unorganized location. Between the two lines to get into the wash tunnel it took around 50 minutes just to pay and go through the barrier. They were not a high amount of customers, seemed like no one knew what their job was. Multiple technicians were troubleshooting one of the pressure washers used to clean off floor mats instead of keeping the line moving. The manager was talking to a customer that seemed to be their friend for the entire time I was waiting for the wash. The manassas location off of Centerville road in manassas is such a waste of time. Went in for a car wash as it was long overdue. Pricing wasn't terrible however the quality was lacking quite a bit. The employee was not taking no for an answer as I continued to say I didn't want the monthly program. They used painters tape to tape my rear window blade to my window. After all that my car still had dirty spots as if it was never touched. Stay away from this place. I'll find somewhere else that does more quality work and has a decent technology to wash my car. I did not knew about them before I end up at flagships again, they hired all teenagers notting is wrong with that. actually it's good to give teenagers a chances. bad thing about it manager who is running the place is around 16 years old. hire real managers. my car came out of wash went to get cleaned and vacuum those employee were busy messing around with each other'.s when my car came out of there it was not vacuumed door panels are not clean. Went there for the first time yesterday. The young girl at the check in was great! Very, very helpfull! The young guy at the entrance was ok. He barely sprayed the driver side and wheels. He didn't spray the roght side at all. Now I'm driving around with semi clean driver side wheelas and dirty right side wheels. This car wash is a disaster. My car was not clean. They used tape on the rear windshield wiper that left a sticky tape outline on the glass. The entire of the car was not clean. The wheels were still dirty. The vacuum cleaner was so weak it wouldn't suck up leaf pieces! Don't waste your money on Flagship! read more
