I gave them approval to replace the engine that I provided and any other related components that affected the function or reliability of my 2005 Honda. I initially was hesitant to hand over this large a project to a shop I have never used before. They are relatively new to managing this shop, but Jon convinced me he was experienced and would stand by the work within the limits of the warranty for the labor only. I dropped the car off on a Thursday and the engine was out by the following Monday. Two days later the engine, transmission, and subframe assembly was in and the Tech had performed a road test. They answered the phone promptly and their driver pick-up service was accommodating. I had nightmares of this project getting out of control, but Driver's Auto stood by their pricing and the work.
