The waiting area is always clean with coffee and water available. I'm in and out in a timely manner, and the price for a synthetic oil change with coupon is competitive. Then there are those other 2/5ths. On those days I'm spoken at as opposed to spoken to by the team working on the particular day, or pitched on an upsell, or told my coupon has expired, when theres no visible date on the coupon (other than a very general limited time only disclaimer). Usually they're not aggressive about it (which is appreciated), but I do notice that the pricing for every repair they've quoted me is far above average. In short, it's a split decision from me, I've seen worse, and I've seen better, but I wish them the best, and I hope they're receiving the feedback. There are plenty of choices in the area when it comes to vehicle maintenance, and I'd like to see them thrive.

However, the vehicle has no drivability issues, the check engine light is intermittent, and the vehicle passed emissions testing the day before. I'm concerned because no actual supporting diagnostic data or evidence was presented to explain why catalytic converter replacement was necessary versus other possible causes. Given the size of the estimate, I expected a more detailed diagnostic explanation. Before moving forward, I would appreciate receiving any diagnostic results, test data, or findings supporting the recommendation. I would also ask that you reconsider the diagnostic charge given the limited explanation that was provided.

In May 2026, I returned because my car was smoking under the hood and other nearby shops had already closed. Despite my previous experience, I gave them another chance. My initial concern was whether my issue could be related to a coolant recall. I specifically told Senior Manager Joe T that I wanted to contact the dealership first before authorizing a $399 diagnostic fee. Instead of respecting that, I felt pressured multiple times to approve the diagnostic immediately. The next day, after contacting the dealership, I authorized the diagnostic as planned. I was later quoted around $2400 in repairs and eventually approved the work after discussion. I was told the car would likely be ready by end of day or the following day, but the timeline was again delayed. What happened afterward was the most concerning part of this entire experience. When I picked up my vehicle, Joe T asked if I would leave a review. I agreed. He then said the review "needed to be done a certain way" and asked for my phone. I assumed he was simply directing me to the review page. Instead, while holding my phone, he edited my existing negative Google review and replaced it with positive comments praising himself and the company -- comments I never wrote. He then closed the Google app afterward as if I would not notice. I later checked my history and confirmed what had happened. I have never experienced a manager altering a customer's review from the customer's own phone. Regardless of the repair itself, that behavior was extremely unprofessional and damaged my trust completely. Customers should be aware of how feedback is being handled here.

If I could give no stars I would. This was the most rudest encounter I've ever experienced and we hadn't even met yet. Just based on the phone call you can tell he is not really interested in hearing you and what you're trying to say about the problem with your vehicle he just wants to be sure he has an appointment bringing him money. He cut me off telling me " Look listen just go get this" and when I was trying to ask for clarification for the timing belt kit he hung up in my face. Then proceeded to lie and say it was an accident.. so why not call your customer back? Cause it was no accident especially with how I was cut off on the phone and he already seemed agitated. but I'm glad he showed his true colors cause that was $600 dollars that I gave to someone else who deserved it and did a fantastic job on my car. And I hope he don't come on here under my comment talking nonsense cause I have your number and you will get another piece of my mind, I promise you that. So don't comment at all just Do better. Businesses grow not only because of quality work but quality CUSTOMER SERVICE and he does NOT have that. I hope no one waste their money or time on this man. These 5 star reviews on here are being created by him or people he personally knows so his overall rating doesn't go down which puts him further down the list of quality mechanics on yelp and he knows that. He needs a full rebrand and restructure of the way he handles people and his business. You're better off finding someone else.
