We met with John about a year ago for Hunter Douglas shutters. Unfortunately, it didn't work out because we were already in contract with another company and couldn't get our money back. Knowing what I know now, I am happy it didn't work out. Over the last month we have been getting quotes for a new slider. We had tried to schedule an appointment and, in the meantime, met with two other companies (Budget Blinds and ZBlinds). But now very happy, I am able to swing the door out or in, and the function is useful. I swing the door in so I can allow the shower to dry throughly. I wasn't too keen on the price, a little over priced I'd say. Also there was a little trouble getting the door sized. I had to wait an additional week for the actual door. That is why I did not give a 5, however the owner was in touch with me about the door. He did tell me he was going to get me a door stop to allow the door to just close. I am happy I just used the door first before restricting the movement of the door. The door does look great in my bathroom.

It was well worth the wait. Absolutely love the result. And now I find myself needing my closets done cause the cheap rack the previous homeowner put in half collapsed not long ago. They actually are so much more cheaper than the big name companies. Why because they do everything in house locally. Once we decided to go with them they came and did their own measurements/design and gave us an even better rate. We were defiantly sold. They matched everything Closet by Design offered all the way down to the type of cabinets you wanted. Karen, the designer, was happy to answer all my questions and make changes to our design throughout the process. On install day, they did arrive more towards the end of the designated arrival time but he got to work right away. He removed everything and even paint patched the removal areas, which would have not been Included with Closet by Design. Install took all day which is understandable but so so so worth it. I love it so much and I think it just adds so much more space to our closet.
