The people & staff are friendly. Come and see the Pavilion with indoor-outdoor facilities. I am living in Independent living and hearing such positive comments from other residents, about my next stage which would be assisted living. Most importantly the CEO (Bill Strader) is a kind and empathic individual who gives a financial report to the Panorama Residents, monthly. I believe this facility is one of the top in the USA. I think i heard someone call him Will. I have been in the food line and overheard him heavily flirting with females in front of their boyfriends on 4 separate occasions. There is one in particular he has heavily flirted with in front of her boyfriend and even has gone as far as ask her out. Her boyfriend is one of the main volunteers there and I have seen staff target him on several occasions But I have witness them ban people if they lodge complaints against staff. He does not do this with the ones that are single. I have been going there long enough to know a few people and recognize most. If this is part of the new bible of which they preach, I dont want anything to do with it.

The cutest & smallest cat they have is Mouse a 7 lbs Geoffroy's Cat to the largest cats Suri & Tabbi both Bengal Tigers about 360-400 lbs plus Lynx, Leopard, Serval, Snow Leopard, Bobcats, Cougars (Mountain Lion) and other rescued cats from owners who could not care for them anymore or injured and unable to return to the wild after healing, or orphaned from death of mother and otherwise would not have survived. Plan your trip on a sunny day so the cats will be out sunning themselves so you can see them. You aren't allowed to take photos as it could scare the cats with flashes, however you can buy their flash drive with all their cats & names in their gift shop, which is a must for souvenirs you will cherish! This is a non profit organization that depends on volunteers & donations to survive. If you own a ranch or gentleman's farm, please donate a whole beef, goat or sheep with hide to feed the cats. Recently I've been seeing GRuB volunteers in my neighborhood building free victory gardens for low income neighbors. The victory gardens are raised beds that include soil and plants provided by GRuB and paid with community donations. I was talking to some of the volunteers in passing. It turns out that each garden is 'worth' $1,000 if you're including materials, labor, and gas to transport. I'm very impressed with how many neighbors they've been able to help.

The kitchen is well equipped and well labeled. There is a five burner cooktop in the center island which is ample enough to handle most cooking tasks. It is a multi-use facility that provides space for classes for the local schools and outdoor programs dealing with gardening. It something can be grown in this climate someone at Grub can give you pointers on how to best grow it. They have programs for veterans, school kids and home gardeners, as well as programs where a home gardener can get a raised bed for a reduced price, and in some cases for free. There are programs dealing with local, native plants as well as other types of gardening, composting and most anything to deal with pest control and how to utilize your harvest. Grub is community focused and you know it after spending a very short period of time there. Grub is the kind of asset that any community would be proud to have.
