Final cost was within $100 of estimate. Scheduling was difficult this summer, but they altered their arrival time as requested so I could be at home. Arrived with all the needed equipment and labor, and finished the job in less than 3 hours. Andy is a magician with that C332. I had concrete pavers under steps sticking out into the driveway which Rox pointed out looked awful. Andy pulled the pavers out, broke one in half, replaced them under the steps, and finished the asphalt right up against the steps. Looks much better and I appreciated his attention to detail. They rolled the finished driveway top to bottom, let it sit a bit, then side to side. Driveway looks great, clean-up was quick, and they were off to the next job. Won't know about durability for a couple years, but off to a great start.

I hired them in the summer of 2021; I had a huge project, a full renovation. I was approved for a FHA renovation loan which they were aware of beforehand. Kelly have experience with this type of loans. Within few weeks of starting, Kelly submitted unapproved invoices to the bank behind my back, made a bunch of financial errors in their calculation, increased their initial estimate fees. The bank became suspicious and delayed funds disbursement which stretched my project. They got money hungry, try to justify their financial immorality in the name of inflation, really?!. Very disappointing! I strongly believe that they saw in me a weak target they could prey on, it's saddening and heartbreaking. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone seeking to hire a contractor. At the very least, don't hire them if you don't live on site. Unless you can be there every day to question their single move. Not a trust worthy contractor.

Once he noticed the water trap had been adjusted, he suggested that we snake the sewer line to check the condition of the pipe. We ended up finding a broken (but semi-functioning) pipe! His recommendation saved us thousands down the road. The report he compiled is extremely detailed. It's something I plan to read, re-read, and reference for years to come. On top of pointing out serious potential issues around the home, Paul offers excellent advice for fixing up the little odds and ends that won't derail a sale, but will be easy fixes once we own the property. He is also incredibly rude to his wife and dog. On a call with him I think thought I was on mute and he yelled like crazy person at his dog and wife to shut up. I was very offended.
