Dr. Chang himself feels more like a friend than a regular doctor, and at no point ever judged or pressured me (in fact, when I asked about certain treatments, he was honest in saying he didn't think it was worth it for me given the cost). I recently got a septorhinoplasty done with Dr. Chang and the results are fantastic. He fixed my deviated septum and did some cosmetic adjustments. I can finally breath normally again for the first time in my life after 30 years, and it's all thanks to Dr. Chang and his staff. Then called and left a message and gave me another date and time ,I called back to confirm and left a message no one ever called me back . Fast-forward to today's appointment I get a call this morning that they need to reschedule my appointment due to scheduling conflicts. Stated they called me last week which they did not ,no messages or nothing. And I was sent a message yesterday confirming today's appointment and what I should expect. Very disappointed and maybe more training is needed!
