I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shah and his team. The level of care they provide is top notch! Dr. Shah is not one of those shady dentists who tries to upsell and profit off their patients. I completely trust him with my dental care. He lets me know what he sees as concerning and will be keeping an eye on and always answers any questions I have. Dr. Shah also does a great job of explaining what might need to be done in the future and what my insurance will cover so I can plan for it. Today I chipped my front tooth and was able to come in same day to have a filling put in. I left the office in happy tears because my front tooth looked so good and it was all done so quickly. I attempted to resolve the matter directly, initially requesting that the work be addressed before additional issues developed, and later seeking a refund, but my concerns were not resolved. The matter ultimately proceeded to small claims court. During the hearing, it was represented to the court that a refund had been provided. However, the payment provided to me could not be successfully processed, and despite my subsequent requests for resolution, no payment has been received. My recommendation is that patients carefully ask questions, keep detailed records, and obtain clear written explanations of treatment plans, costs, and any proposed resolutions before proceeding.

Jaime, the dental assistant, is super nice and very responsive. Joanna is the best hygienist I've ever had--gentle, detailed, and thorough.
