We found that it was flexible with scheduling an appointment, they are always on time and there is parking for this building. They also answer emails when there's any concern and quick to reply. The dentist used poor technique with the Novocain and the injection site became infected with a small legion on the jaw. The filling was done improperly as well, but the infection persisted for weeks. Poor and uninformed follow up. After losing faith in Manhasset Dental Arts I went to another dentist in the city who immediately addressed the issue and validated how horrible a job the prior dentist had done both on the simple procedure and the follow up. There were so many signs. Even the office staff and dental hygienists were unprofessional. I hope my review can help people avoid this same pain and waste of time.

Our insurance actually covers photos but they said our pediatric dentist already used it - which they did not (they confirm submitting for bite wing only not the full mouth that she wanted to charge us for). To be fair this could be an insurance mistake, but they were not helpful and there are a lot of orthos that will do this FOR FREE. Our ortho monitored my kids teeth for two years before starting with no payment to lock us in or sign a contract. For free with X-rays and everything! During our follow online meeting, we discussed expanders being 3k and different options available only to be told that my daughter didn't need it (why did you bring it up?) and the cost was a lot more than my ortho that I ended up using (2k more). I felt that the conversation about expanders was to scare me into being relieved that the cost was less than anticipated. The tone was cold, pushy, and the experience was stressful. Obviously we did not go with this practice. The whole experience felt sketchy, and they were difficult to work with. Dr. Laura Danoff deserves 10 stars. She is the most caring medical professional that I have ever…read moremet. Dr. Danoff loves what she does and she is an artist. She will look at your mouth and know just how to fix it to create a masterpiece. Prior to seeing her, I had braces on my upper teeth but never did my bottom teeth. I was not happy with the results. Although better than having crooked teeth, my smile was too narrow. When Dr Danoff, met me she immediately noticed that 2 of my upper teeth should never have been pulled and that my upper teeth were making a narrow "U" instead of an open "U". I was going to get braces only on my lower teeth but she convinced me to do Invisalign on my upper and lower teeth. I am so glad that she convinced me to do this. I trusted her from the beginning because she noticed what no one else could figure out. My previous orthodontist messed up my smile and made it too narrow. After a year and a half of Invisalign, I am 100% happy with my smile. If you need to get braces or Invisilign, make sure you see Dr. Laura Danoff because she is the most professional and caring doctor that you will ever meet. Most important of all, she is an artist and can work magic. I recommended her to my friend, who is now thrilled with her smile and looks so much prettier now. I love Dr Danoff and you will too!!!
