"Majority", not all the workers are rude and lazy. They laughed at me when I questioned their work despite me already tipping them $20. I usually tip well and respect hard work. I whole heartedly regret tipping these people. I did say something to the manager and he just argued with me (Great customer service pal!) I will never go back to this place and actually hope they go out of business or go under new ownership. Never again. Unfortunately they will probably stay in business because there are not many car washes in Greenwich and residents have the money and do not care what they spend. Unfortunately residents don't value their hard earned money enough. FYI - I've gave them the benefit of the doubt and went 3 times. It was worse each time. I'm officially done.

While they said they already reviewed the video, I had to physically go to the location, take a video of their video and send it to management. Instead of doing the right thing, I wasted hours emailing, documenting our conversation, and proving that they were at fault. While they finally admitted their equipment damaged my wheel, it's a shame they couldn't do the right thing when brought to their attention.

First item that caught my eye was the price, lower a good sign, the whole place was well lit bright and inviting. The people at the front end seemed to make a little more effort in getting the top dirt off. All I wanted was the basic service and there was no attempt to upsell me which was a pleasant surprise. My only issue was at the end. You exit and there are employees there with towels to wipe down the car, well wipe they did but my windows were more smudged after! Not a big deal but still a deduction of a star. All in all my experience was better than expected given the abundance of poor reviews.

They also pulled off a door handle and when I noticed the handle was missing after going through the car wash, the manager asserted that my car was already missing the handle when I arrived and that I've come to this place a couple of times previously with the handle already missing which is an outright lie. After arguing with the manager for ten minutes, an employee comes to the front with the door handle that they had pulled off. The manager apologized, said that's what his employees told him and he asked what more I wanted from him. The fact that he basically said I was lying goes against the core principle of customer service. It's dishonest, unethical and unprofessional. If you break or lose something, take ownership of your mistake and don't accuse the customer of lying. I'm never returning to this location again. Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. I would recommend you give CSP and Brian the opportunity to show some love to your vehicle. I'm glad I did.
