Followed up with several emails and phone calls and they refused ro get back to me. This morning I finally get another worker on the phone to tell me the windows are discontinued. They literally wasted 2 months of my time, i now need over 30 replacement windows and even though the original windows in my home came from there where the manufacturer knows the sizes i need, i would never THINK of purchasing the replacements here due to there abhorrent customer service. These guys literally do not care about you or your time and to get an attitude on the phone when i was shocked that it took 2 months to hear they were discontinued is extremely disappointing. Derek was put in a tough situation where the driveway where the delivery could be placed was needed for a dumpster instead. There were not many places to put the load for a small house on a small street. He was able to suggest out of the box ideas and was able to expertly and quickly place all the huge pallets that took up nearly every foot of available space on the front of my property. He was very careful to cause as little damage to our lawn and bushes as possible. I am very grateful for Derek and the care he treated my property as if it were his own. Thanks so much!

There is plenty of parking in the private lot. Handicapped parking and contingencies are present. Restrooms are clean and spacious. The products are varied, good quality, and well presented.
