I came to this Sherwin Williams location to get exterior stain color samples. However, samples are…read moreno longer provided here. I was advised to get samples from Lowes, where they could match the SW stain color codes with equivalent paint colors. However, the Lowes employee was not able to do this (possibly due to inexperience). So I ended up making an educated guess on what stain color would be best for my fence. I then went back to this location to buy five gallons of stain. The person there said there was a national shortage on stain (apparently due to the storm in Texas earlier this year). The employee called four different stores with no luck, and then gave me a list of locations to call myself. Eventually I was able to find stain at the Renton location. It would have been more convenient had their inventory system provided real time inventory information, as opposed to calling. I did come back a few weeks later to buy an extra gallon of stain. The person there was very helpful. She quickly found a store with available stain using the inventory system, and called in the order for me. Overall, I would rate this store experience as good but not great.

We put up multiple colors on our house to see how the color changed during different times of the day. There were lots of color combinations to choose from! Ultimately, we selected the Super Paint brand which boasts a limited lifetime guarantee. We are very happy with the paint color we chose and its endurance over the years. So far....so good. The paint looks virtually as good today as it did when the house was freshly painted. A complimentary nod to our painter's skill and obviously, the excellent quality of paint we purchased from Sherwin Williams. We recently purchased a new garage door. I wanted to touch up the garage door frame before the new door was installed. I pulled some of the leftover trim paint from the back of the garage so I could take it to the SW store to be mixed. Sadly, the paint was not sealed properly, air got in and it had dried out. Not to worry.....the wonderful employee behind the desk promised to fix my problem and took good care of me. Since my paint color had been discontinued and updated since 2011, we simply did a color match. He mixed me up a new pint (since I didn't need a whole gallon to do touch ups) of the same Super Paint brand I had originally purchased. It looked like a perfect match and I gasped a sigh of relief. After paying for my purchase, he even offered to walk me out to my car as he carried my paint out the door. Excellent customer service with a smile. The market mainly has fruits & vegetables which is expected with some unique items here and there. What I didn't realize was that it's also a nursery. That was unsuspecting and I thought was pretty cool. Anyway, super cool niche store and I'm glad I have another option for produce on my commute route. Parking can be tricky. There are pull in/back out spots right out front but these spots seems dangerous to me when backing out into a super busy highway. I suggest pulling into the actual parking lots before and after these side spots.
