It has evolved as the ultimate in selection, color, seasonal, interior and exterior and home decor. We found my plant stand and the perfect topper an orchid. The store is massive and most employees doing stock. Only one cashier. Carts of returns always in register area. Discounts for rewards members. $10 off today!! It's a store you'd think would be packed but not. You can find pretty much anything here. No coupons- markdowns are on ticketed items already.

There was not much Grinch or other Christmas stuff and it looks like they are clearing space already in December for Spring/Summer which is 4 months away. I've shopped here only about 3 times since I've lived in Burnsville. I don't even think I bought anything. I really don't know how this store is still open. It isn't busy at all. There was a cute Yelper rug. For great selection of Grinch and Holiday, Hobby Lobby has this store beat by a mile.

I am not sure about every MN outlet store, the one I usually go to is in Burnsville next to Menards (yes, I hang out there too). This MN Outlet as a close out for home improvement store. It has closeouts on sinks, tiles, cabinets, etc. Most important it has tools.. Lots and lots of tools. Be forewarned, if you leave your husband unattended, he can spend over 4 hours looking at router bits... Don't lose your 'child'.

When MNHO first opened I felt like a kid in a candy shop! As a Real Estate addict I am always in need of something. I found in the beginning I apparently needed more than I thought as often times my trips would result in someone having to bring a trailer to pick up whatever treasure I purchased. TVs, vanities, vacuum cleaner, patio set, tools, chandeliers, you name it, Ive bought it. The last few times I have gone I have seen a higher increase in pricing. The unfortunate part about this is that some of the items they now have, you would never expect for them to be there and now you see them at a slightly discounted price- for example today I saw cute pillow cases that were $8.00. If they were $2.00 I would have thrown them in the cart. The kicker for me was a small accent pillow marked for $19.99. While their facility is now HUGE their always changing inventory is no where near as exciting as it once was. As some of the other reviews mentioned it is often the case to get something with using parts or not in working order. The occasional sales are a nice way to feel like you are getting a deal, but if I'm being honest I would rather go to the original venue to ensure I get it right the first time. Sorry MNHO, I am no longer your biggest fan. Sincerely Disappointed shopper

I've been seeing ads for…read morethese guys on FB for awhile now, informing me of sales and "scratch n' dent" appliances. So my husband and I decided to swing by one morning to look around for a washing machine. Upon entry, we were promptly greeted by an employee who asked if she could help us with anything, and she directed us to where we could browse washers as well as the scratch n dent area. I asked about installation and she informed us that delivery was a $40 fee and installation $80. That seemed agreeable to us, so we opted to do that. We found a washer we liked for around 40% off the list price new on the manufacturer's website. During checkout we figured out what day/time to have them deliver and install. We declined getting the warranty, though it was offered to us for $120. They taxed the machine and install but not delivery. There was no additional fee for paying by card. The showroom certainly has many options available, and you'll find the usual appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, ovens/stovetops, dishwashers, washer/dryers, along with chest freezers, mini fridge/wine coolers, water softeners, disposals, dehumidifiers, even an ice machine! They also have a parts department in the back if you need to repair something. There were no shortage of employees inside busy doing stuff. I'm used to so many places nowadays being ghost towns and having trouble flagging down an employee to help that this was honestly a nice surprise. We wanted to ensure we shopped a local business rather than hit up the Best Buy scratch n' dent place our realtor had recommended; no need to support the corporate elite. I used the restroom while there; it's spacious, modern, and they have the nice cushy toilet paper! The installers were prompt about arriving on the scheduled day. We were apparently missing an important couple of parts on our pipes, which they thankfully had on the truck, but it came with an unexpected additional cost of course. They did a sample run to ensure it was working, then left. Our first two washes went wonderfully, no issue. But the third spewed water EVERYWHERE when draining. We called for a follow-up and they scheduled it promptly for next day, free of charge. They were able to diagnose the issue was with our standpipe and advise us on recommended clog specialists to get the issue resolved ASAP.

When we arrived there were already lots of other people shopping. A salesperson approached and was nicely casual about helping out. Talked over a few options. Unfortunately they did not have the models on hand that he was looking for. Even though he had a pretty good idea of what he wanted, having an actual model to review would have helped. They were able to give him an estimate on the unit, including delivery and installation. I would use Tony in the future for deciding on appliances.

If you need a computer or printer cable they will have one. Usually one or 2 types for minimal selection and maybe only one or two of that item. On this trip, my son had purchased a portable hard drive and was there for a pickup. It was Black Friday. When we arrived, we were directed to a table. They had staff there asking for ID and getting the orders. It was pretty easy. The other thing that we looked at were some kitchen appliances. They had a decent selection, but unfortunately not the OTR microwave ovens that we had in mind. One interesting note. Many of the appliances were plugged in and powered up, and not in demo mode. This meant that the refrigerators and some of the chest freezers were cold. And even more alarming was that some of the ranges could be turned on and get very hot. Now in hindsight, I feel a little awkward and guilty that we left without telling anyone. Maybe someone will read this review.

Bought an "L" shaped sectional with (with 3 year INSURANCE) multiple motorized pieces. The Insurance scam team they use is INSURANCE CARE PROTECTION and once you've given them your money you'll never see it or see the fruit of having insurance because of a predictor fraud policy that they have to protect keeping your money with no results. The first week, well probably first few days, the back of the section that bends in the "L" shape broke just from minor sitting back in it. I know exactly how much pressure was placed on it cause I did it. Tried to see what I could do for it then called but got run around cause it was weekend. Had to call them back and then played musical phones for a while. My phone says their number is connected to fraud or scam calls so no surprise. They had me send ALOT of pictures and then told me (after I called them again of course for followup) the policy is only good if claimed within 5 days. Yeah it's in the policy. So the policy is good for 3 years BUT once and after a single claim has been made it's VOID for everything on that piece! Guess I'll have to fix that myself. Now I have a motorized leg piece not working on another piece let's see what will happen. Called same day, "someone will call you back," but we had to call back then they said no claim had been made with that call. More phone tag, "we'll call you back within 24 hrs" but don't and musical chairs so far. I'd give them a zero in stars but Yelp won't let me cause that what they deserve. Actually Negative 5 stars. Becker Furniture back your own product so I blame you as well so stop using predatory insurance scammers. INSURANCE CARE PROTECTION quit your practices. Buyer Beware!
