I am not sure about every MN outlet store, the one I usually go to is in Burnsville next to Menards (yes, I hang out there too). This MN Outlet as a close out for home improvement store. It has closeouts on sinks, tiles, cabinets, etc. Most important it has tools.. Lots and lots of tools. Be forewarned, if you leave your husband unattended, he can spend over 4 hours looking at router bits... Don't lose your 'child'.

When MNHO first opened I felt like a kid in a candy shop! As a Real Estate addict I am always in need of something. I found in the beginning I apparently needed more than I thought as often times my trips would result in someone having to bring a trailer to pick up whatever treasure I purchased. TVs, vanities, vacuum cleaner, patio set, tools, chandeliers, you name it, Ive bought it. The last few times I have gone I have seen a higher increase in pricing. The unfortunate part about this is that some of the items they now have, you would never expect for them to be there and now you see them at a slightly discounted price- for example today I saw cute pillow cases that were $8.00. If they were $2.00 I would have thrown them in the cart. The kicker for me was a small accent pillow marked for $19.99. While their facility is now HUGE their always changing inventory is no where near as exciting as it once was. As some of the other reviews mentioned it is often the case to get something with using parts or not in working order. The occasional sales are a nice way to feel like you are getting a deal, but if I'm being honest I would rather go to the original venue to ensure I get it right the first time. Sorry MNHO, I am no longer your biggest fan. Sincerely Disappointed shopper

In store, we worked with Shaun who was very knowledgeable. He told us pros and cons of the different units we were looking at so we could make an informed purchase. They price match other competitors as well (after rebates, which can be a little bit of a hassle but still easy to do). The techs who did the delivery and install were so much friendlier and did a better job than other installers that I have worked with in the past. I've bought and gotten appliances installed from other competitors like Costco and Home Depot in the past and the experience is night and day. I felt like Warners' Stellian's techs took extra care not to damage my home when they brought the appliances in, and made sure things were done properly, such as making sure the fridge doors were aligned properly. One of my favorite parts of working with Warners' Stellian is that their techs are all employed by them and seem to care more about the quality of their work. I purchased the ironclad plan for my appliances which has been so helpful because any time we have an issue with one of our appliances they have come out and fixed it, free of charge. Having that piece of mind and not having to track down a plumber or another third party contractor to fix our issues has been worth every penny. I also like how I can call a local number and speak to someone I know right away instead of being on a call line.

I called Tony's Appliance to check if a stove was available. I talked with Kari, a sales associate…read more I told her the amount we had for a new one and asked if they accept cash. She assured me they do. She checked the model number I inquired about and told me it had been sold. Then she went further to suggest another model no. like the one I had chosen. It also was not available. She asked me to hold on while she looked at Scratch and Dent items. Then she gave me the model number of that one. It was $898, which was way above the $625 we had. I told her we would have to pass on that one. This is where she went above and beyond what you would expect. She asked me if I would wait a minute. When she came back, she told me the manager was offering it to us for $599, although she couldn't find a scratch or dent on it anywhere. My husband and I both exclaimed, SOLD! Then she did something I would never have expected from a representative of an appliance store. She asked our particulars, such as name, address, etc. Then she put SOLD on the stove without us paying a penny on it. That next day, we went to see our new stove. It is way beyond what we had intended to purchase. Not only is it beautiful but it has all the bells and whistles that, normally, cost way above at other appliance stores. She did the transaction with us and we got our stove the next day. It only cost us $25 tax along with the $625 that was gifted to us by a friend, who is with the ministry we are with. As if this wasn't enough. My husband talked to Tony about our washing machine agitator. The top had been broken. He fixed it with a new top and only charged us $30. We found out you can also buy appliance needs, such as flexible gas lines, from them. When we need, or anyone else does, we are recommending Tony's Appliance for our next purchase because they treated us as customers should be treated.

When we arrived there were already lots of other people shopping. A salesperson approached and was nicely casual about helping out. Talked over a few options. Unfortunately they did not have the models on hand that he was looking for. Even though he had a pretty good idea of what he wanted, having an actual model to review would have helped. They were able to give him an estimate on the unit, including delivery and installation. I would use Tony in the future for deciding on appliances.

(I usually wait until I have a full day of work for him each time.) Clearly, it is past their return policy of 30 days. I ordered online, but called to make sure I was ordering the correct part for my model cooktop. They recommended and sent the wrong part. So, I called today to see if I could send it back and get the correct part.* I wasn't asking for a refund. After speaking with a woman for some time I asked to speak with the owner. Don reiterated that I was calling more than a year past their return policy and that there was nothing he could do because he didn't know who I spoke with. It doesn't matter who I spoke with, it is his company and it's his policy. Reading the recent reviews it seems the current ownership/management has a few very unhappy customers. I'm one of them. We quickly searched up and then decided on getting a new one from a small business. After our in store visit and finding what we wanted, with a better warranty and price than the big company offered, we paid. We skipped the delivery and haul away as we are capable and I wanted to give the community a chance to part out the fridge (appliance parts are $$$$) for no cost. Also made it lighter for us taking to drop off for recycling. Fast forward 11 months, we decided our washer and dryer had been fixed enough times and it was time to upgrade. Again, we found better pricing and warranty at Appliance Depot. Our 3 appliances are doing great. The one service call we made, for the fridge, was soon after the request was made, repair person was timely, and we had a laugh at the user error that prompted the call to begin with. Fast forward again, and we need a microwave. Likely a dishwasher coming up too. We will be going back to Appliance Depot!
