Seems like an extreme thing, but I guess they were having issues with theft, so makes sense. They didn't have the product that I had planned to pick up, but one of the associates spent plenty of time helping me find a good substitute, and even brought a couple different options and discussed what I was using for, and read through labels with me. Super helpful! I still needed to find one more thing to use up the store credit, so I headed to look at storage bins and came across some hangers that were on clearance that we could use. I wasn't clear from the signage if the ones I was looking at were the ones on clearance so I grabbed it and associate to ask. It turns out the associate was the store manager, and he was super helpful and carried the hangers up to the front of the store since I was at full hands with kiddos. When I went to check out, the store credit wouldn't work because I had recently renewed my license and made a change. The entire store staff we came into contact with worked to resolve the issue within their store policies. They were all so helpful, I was really impressed!

The installation was subcontracted out to Floor Interiors, managed by Jim. From the beginning the quality of the work was unacceptable. After installation, I discovered more than 20 loose tiles scattered throughout the entire area. It was clear the installers had not used the proper amount of mortar, reportedly only half of the mortar ordered was used. The installers came back multiple times to address the issues and each attempt made things worse rather than better. After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt, I refused to allow Floor Interiors, to return. Only after significant time, effort and frustration on my part did Lowes bring in a different company. This entire process took far more time and energy than it should have. I was initially told that Floor Interiors was the only subcontractor Lowe's had in my area of Naples, FL. I hope Lowes reevaluates their subcontractor partnership in this region. No customer should have to go through multiple failed repairs and extended inconvenience to receive the quality of work they paid for.

I am amazed really at how easily they answer questions from someone like me who has little idea of how things work or what device I actually need t solve a problem. The big box stores are full of materials but not many people there (if you can find one) know everything about everything like Ace Hardware. If you can't find what you need here, you probably don't need it.

Painting our house was one of our top priorities when we bought it. I did lots of research, called…read morelots of companies, and asked around for recommendations. Mino was always prompt to respond, remembered our conversations and followede up with me before we even moved into the house. We decided to move our painting up by several weeks and called Mino in a panic hoping he would be available, and he was! Mino MADE time to come and paint our house. He took time to do a walk-thru of the house and make recommendations based on our requests and the look we were going for. Mino finished on time and within budget. Unfortunately our house has very tall ceilings and not all of the lights are working, so Mino did the best he could, and if we asked him to touch up a spot, he did! Again, this had nothing to do with Mino's painting abilities, we had terrible lighting and he was quick to fix anything that was needed. I would recommend Mino and Napoli Paint Works, Inc to my family, clients, or anyone that asked. We are very pleased with the results, the quality of the work, and most of all the service. I had a different crew when I renovated my condo last year in October 2024 - the painting job was "so-so". A year later - I called Noel Painting back and was connected with Henry - he came out - inspected the painting, noted that there were some areas of improvement - and he fixed them all under the warranty...there was some additional areas I added on that I paid for - but all the areas from the year before - Henry fixed , along with his painter (Jesus) - and they did a FABULOUS job. Henry was focused on fixing the areas and ensuring that I was truly satisfied - which I was. The team on my project was professional, high quality and delightful to work with. I live next door to this place and have been doing business with this company for five years. It was convenient and a golf cart ride away. The man I dealt with was pretty rude when he questioned me about just returning and who took care of the vines while I was gone. I didn't go all male Karen on him I just took back my receipts and will go somewhere else from now on. For some reason this is showing I'm from California. That crazy! I'm in Estero Fl and Indiana the rest of the year.
