As you walk in, you know quickly, this is a fully size store with the feel of "Old-fashioned General Store" with everything available. You can get hardware to paints, cooking grills, fertilizers and many other items. Today, we went in and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful as always. Excellent service here! We loaded up with fertilizers, feeds, and home artifacts and returned to our summer project. By the way, there is a food truck , Sabor De Mi Tierra, offering Empanadas, arepa, Salchipapa and burger. The refund was the correct action for the company to take, but I would have ben happier to have received the product that I ordered. I place an on line order for 3 sheets of 3/8" x 2' x4' plywood. The package arrived quickly, but they shipped the wrong product. I received 10mm x 2'x4' sheets. They are actually .470" almost 1/2". The shipping label has my correct order on it, but each sheet is clearly marked 10mm. I have sent several emails asking how they will resolve the issue and always get the same answer "we're looking in to it". I did not order 10mm thick boards, I ordered 3/8" and now I'm stuck with product I do not need.

Paint lasted for years without this problem. I had an antique iron bed. Home Depot recommended their products for metal primer and paint. After a year paint would Scrap off with a fingernail. The paint store employees recommended a metal primer and paint. Super hard finish that is permanent. Just two examples. Besides, Benjamin Moore has the best paint colors and the paint we used in our home 30 years ago looks as beautiful today as it did then.

We have a long list of issues with our new appliances that we purchased from Scott at Standard brands but this was the last straw. Our refrigerator had a broken water line the day of install. The very next day it has 3 inches of water sitting in the bottom of the fridge. It took weeks to get a service guy to repair. Now after months of a continuous slow drip/ leak we have noticed water damage underneath refrigerator . We pulled the refrigerator out and our new flooring and base boards are damaged as well. This was a $13,000 appliance package we purchased from this store and he talks about how he stands behind his product. Absolutely the furthest thing from the truth. The owner Scott is a crook, beware.
