As soon as the sun when down - if you walked up on it you can tell the spottyness of how it was stained, areas that were not touched and blamed the wood and not the workmanship. I would not recommend them for anything. We went back and forth for some time until we just asked for a discount to get it over and done with after the shotty touch up they so called did. Don't use them.

I get it, you don't have much foot traffic but a dog just doesn't belong in the public part of a business. Granted, it was a tiny, extremely quiet and well behaved dog who went immediately to sleep. But I haven't brought my daughter back here because she has such severe dog allergies. Please keep the dog in the office part! Planning went well and they scheduled to start after Thanksgiving. Mike, the builder, did most of the work. His work is pretty good. I would rate it a B. He could have worked to cover our bedroom furniture from dust, and cover the floor better, but it was not horrible. The company did not charge us for all of they drywall that was replaced, but I was told it was easier to replace it all rather than try to patch in with what was left of the old stuff. Their painter botched the job. He did not clean the roller of lint and left a huge amount of lint all over the newly replaced walls. He came and repainted, and still only did a mediocre job. We paid $100 more for it to be painted again to do another coat to fix his mess, and to change color (our choice). The painter did not cover all the walls well so they sent someone out again. Overall: *Verlissa was very good and was a strong communicator. *Mike's work was pretty good- we would use him again. *The painter - poor- all three times he came. *Time: While we were annoyed by the last parts of the job getting done, the main part of the job got done quickly. They should have followed-up and finished the repaint more quickly. *Cost- we are not really sure. This was our first remodel job. We feel we got a fair price.

They have bare minimum of selections. No matter what you're looking for it has only a few options…read moreof it. The website and app have more on it than the store does- generally a good mix but not here. Everyone is online only. The aisles and main walkway in front of aisles have stairs or displays blocking everything and it seems so clustered and no set up. I have only encountered friendly employees which is a plus. There comes a time where you have so many employees standing around yet self check out at the worst type of store for that. No point in that. But there comes a time when I'm looking at everything in the aisle and employees ask me 3-4x if I need help and keep walking by like I'm shoplifting and they're babysitting me... Speaking of- we couldn't feel/ look at the wire we were looking for because it was all chained up with anti theft locks. We didn't bother to ask for assistance because it was so expensive here. My bf wanted to get it elsewhere since we will also have to go elsewhere since they had zero closet brackets that work with a rod... We usually enjoy the Halloween and Christmas decorations up seasonally here. There was a water spill in the main aisle walk way leaving greenhouse back into store that never got cleaned up and had a sign saying be careful for an hour and still there when we left. Bathrooms are clean. Parking lot is big enough. Some handicap parking spots. The greenhouse did have a lot of options with employees available to assist. The indoor plants section was very very tight and small and you cannot push a cart around there unless you're walking straight back to the greenhouse. We watching multiple people bring dogs with to the greenhouse on leashes and also watched them pee right on the ferns sitting on the ground so that's great....
