The service at this store is unmatched (pun is fun!) seriously these guys are great I've been coming here since it was a Not Kwality store. It's probably an IQ test but I've been painting here in Littleton some 35 years and the staff here including el maestro Andrés, Sam and Ross are as good as they come. I am a decorative painter, so I know paint very well. I went to this store two days in a row recently to choose some paint options for a project I am doing. When I entered the store on both occasions there was no greeting & no help offered. I found the paint color I was looking for and asked the guy behind the counter to give me pricing which he did, of course he recommended the highest priced paint. He took my order and said the paint would be done shortly, then went to help a different customer in the store. Seconds later I realized he had not asked me what sheen/finish I wanted, so I quickly went to the guy sitting in the back and said I needed to specify that I wanted as low of a sheen as I could get without it being flat, he stated that was satin, but the guy that took my order mixed semi-gloss. Being unfamiliar with Sherwin Williams brands I just accepted he knew what he was doing (I was wrong.) The paint I received has a major sheen to it (if THIS is satin, I would have been able to do my make-up with semi-gloss) I will now have to go get new paint to cover the paint I received at Sherwin Williams, I won't be able to layer other colors over what they gave me. The new paint will be purchased at Home Depot where the paint is just as good, I get better service, they AWAYS ask what finish and I get what I am looking for. Going forward, I may choose colors from Sherwin Williams again, but I will have them color matched elsewhere. read more

I had to get some paint for touch up and found myself here as this is where all the people, who have painted my house over the last several years, apparently go. The service: It's always great to get helped by someone who knows what they are doing. The Assistant Manager here knew seemingly everything here was to know about the different paints and what their strengths were. She was quite knowledgeable and helpful. The paint: There were tons of products to choose from for just about every job. They had the perfect outdoor stain that I needed. Bought a white paint for the walls - turned out to be mint green on the walls (painted over white to begin with) and thought the paint machine made a mistake... took it to the store where the guy insisted it was the lighting in my house. It was a big room with direct and indirect lighting to give me different variances ... conclusion - "choose a different color" I am left thinking, how can a white color turn out to no wear near the swatch? Needless to say, won't be buying my paint from this store ever again... not sure why I chose them over Benjamin Moore paints that have always shown up consistent, weren't $75 a gallon and didn't smell for three days... read more

Specifically impressed with the care and attention that they took in matching the stain for the beam in my house to the new cabinets. I'd say they're pretty good match! They took the job seriously! We are painting the exterior of our house and needed a few sample quarts. The young man at the counter - Jordan - was very polite and helpful. In fact, there was an issue with one of the colors and he had to mix up a gallon instead of just a quart. However, he only charged us for a quart. The manager (name withheld) wasn't very friendly or engaging but Jordan was great! Would definitely return. read more

Wasted well over 100 dollars here. Staff does not explain the products well and sold me paint I did not need. If you buy from here make sure you know exactly what you need . You cannot return anything. The sample paint is a was oof time and$$. You can't use it as it is a very low quality paint. That is another thing they didn't disclose amongst other things.
