Called the store and they told me that they have a parking lot in the back and told me exactly how to get there off of Personette. 15 years I've been coming here and I have never known they had a lot in the back so a good FYI for everybody to know. I get there and the gentleman was waiting out back for me with a cart. I can never say enough good things about this store. I called Ace and the manager I spoke to on the phone (James) quoted me an amazing price and said he would order the fob and call me in a few weeks to get it programmed. This is the only part that makes this a four star review instead of a five. I ended up waiting over a month and did not receive any call. However, I called the store for an update and spoke to James. He said he had just gotten the fob in and I could come in whenever. We went over our schedules and he was willing to work during his lunch break so I could get my fob!! I came into the store the next day after that call and it was pretty empty. I asked the person at the front register for help locating James and he just pointed to the other end of the store. Not helpful. Once I went to the other end of the store, I found another employee who was incredibly kind and radioed James to tell him I was there. Once he was there, James went right outside and programmed the fob in less than ten minutes! I would definitely go back if I needed to!!

While nothing was said explicitly, the tone, behavior, and lack of respect I experienced made me feel singled out and unsafe. NO ONE should have to question whether their race is influencing how they are treated in a space that is meant to be PROFESSIONAL and inclusive. This experience has stayed with me, and I believe it is important to speak up so that this behavior can be acknowledged and addressed. If this location/employees are going to treat people of color with disrespect and make them feel uncomfortable then at that point put a sign on the door saying "WHITES ONLY" so we know to not waste our time in this establishment.

When you walk in the wall to your right is filled with all the swatches you can imagine! You pick the one you want, bring it to the counter, and they make it for you. They even help you pick one that works perfect for your room and lighting! They also sell anything and everything to do with painting! From regular brushes, to the rollers, and everything in between. They have it all. Need painting masks, gloves, industrial painting equipment? They got it! When we went there to paint our kids room, Chris helped us out with picking the perfect color. He and the rest of the staff are super friendly! Store has small aisles, but they are jam packed with equipment! It is very very clean! All in all, if you need paint, this place is perfect! They have everything that you need to help you get your room the color of your dreams.
