They have a great array of products and stand behind what they sell. Referring to the pictures for this JC Licht store, only the last one that shows the storefront has anything to do with this store. All the other pictures are for marketing, and none of them are found in the store. But that said, this is a good store for paint and painting supplies. I look for great things from this outlet. I had need to get some Old Masters wiping stain and found what I wanted here. The customer service here was over the top. Even though I purchased just a small can of stain, they went to the trouble of spinning it so it was well blended...something that is not always offered at competitors. I will be back.

The sticker shock scared me from buying two. So naturally I ran out and my poor wife ran back with the kids and dog. Ryan happily processed our payment over the phone and met my wife curbside. The product was amazing and worth the change. We only have 8.5 foot ceilings and I would say 90% of the paint literally dried to dust before hitting our basement floor. Worth it! I brought back the paint - 35 gallons - and Don worked his magic and was able to salvage the paint by using his vast knowledge and experience to add pigment such that it changed a tan paint into a gray paint. Way to go Don!!!! I have attached a picture showing the miraculous changes in color. The color on the right is the color that Don created by eye. He did not use any automated computers to do this.

The manager of the store was there and said that's the price that goes in for consumers and the employees should change it. I wasn't offered a lower price or an apology. If you are a consumer watch your prices at this store. Very shady way of doing business. Sherwin Williams has a good product but this store is really sneaky and I will never go back to this store. Dirt, crud and general fading mean you will need to paint those walls and spruce your place right up. We have done major repaints of the smaller rooms 3 or 4 times but the great room only twice. First time I went to buy paint it was to the local Benjamin Moore store which felt like some sort of really unfunny sitcom episode complete with a dog with free range of the store and really odd odd clerks. From then on, I have been a fan of Sherwin Willilams. It is bright, clean and cheery. There are no animals roving the premises. The clerks only bother you if you ask for help and everyone gets waited on in sequential order, your profession doesn't qualify you to jump the line. Plus, the samples are completely true to the color which ends up on your wall. If that isn't enough, the color we painted the office is Bagel. How can you not love a store that sells bagel paint?
