Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job! THANK YOU SO MUCH, LOU AND JOSH, FOR MAKING THIS PURCHASE GO SO SMOOTHLY AND ENJOYABLE FOR MOM!

He was knowledgeable on the subject and he said Kevin would be sending a quote. i did get quotes from other companies and we settled on Naperville. They were very accommodating on the dates that we needed the work done by. The day that they were to start, Kevin asked for a deposit. The company wrote a check to Naperville Painting and Epoxy. Kevin called and stated that the bank bounced the check back because it should have been written to C&C painting. He came back and gave me the original check back and assured me that it was not cashed. Our bank said that it was. he took a picture and it was deposited. Kevin kept assuring me that it was not and that maybe there was a hold on it. The associates that came out did a great job and worked hard. The job was finished and I asked again about the check because the money was not back in the account. He told me he was working with the bank on it. Long story short, i paid the rest of the money without with holding the original deposit. I know, foolish me. Since then he stopped taking calls and emails. it was always one excuse after the other. Kevin knows that the money is owed but now all his voice mail is full and the Naperville phone number always bounces to his cell. I fell for the SCAM and still have not received a response. TOTAL SCAMMER. KEVIN SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED.

    We were overall disappointed with our experience. After shopping around for an affordable and…read moreavailable painter, we chose Larry. He seemed personable and provided a quote based on pictures, which was helpful, since we were still closing on our new home. Prices were exactly in our range. We were also very clear about the time frame for painting. He planned to start working a week and a half before we planned to move in. He and his assistant painted REALLY fast, finishing each floor in our house in a day. At first, I was impressed, but once we looked closer/moved in, we were disappointed to see missed corners and spots where we could see the old colors around appliances, trims, etc. We had to ask him twice to return to clean up those areas. The first time, he blamed the mistakes on his assistant. The second, he apologized, but blamed our timeline. We never needed him to finish that fast and as a manager, he should have reviewed his assistant's work. There are still issues, but we have not asked him to return because he spilled paint on our countertops, trim, and ceiling and its not worth the effort to clean after him. In the end, you get what you pay for *shrug.* The experience was disappointing because he bragged about working in Naperville and offering the same quality to everyone. Given our bad experience, I can only hope that is not true.

    I waited a few months to write this as I hate leaving negative reviews. However, I'm still finding…read moresloppy painting spots in my home, which is pretty frustrating, so I hope this helps to improve their business. I had my whole place painted (walls and ceiling). The good: - pricing (although maybe you get what you pay for) - they're overall nice guys The bad: - Communication was lacking. It was difficult to get clear answers over email and when we talked on the phone he couldn't remember who I or my project was. - Sloppy painting all around. The edges around trim, doors, windows are not super straight and clean. Plus, after they were "finished" I found so many places that had not been painted at all - like around ceiling fans, lighting, and behind the toilet. I asked them to come back to correct, and they did the next day. - I asked them to take down bathroom fixtures (towel racks, etc) and patch/paint as I planned to install them in a different place. After completing the project, I asked where my fixtures were and was told that the guys must have thrown them out. Huh?? I never instructed them to do this. I said as much and Adrian said he would replace. The fixtures then magically appeared in a bag on my floor when I returned home. No apology or explanation. - I bought all the paint separately (my choice since I wanted something different) and confirmed how much they would need in advance. I then asked again on the first day and he said what I bought looked like plenty. Next day I am told that they need more. I get things can change once you start painting, but the paint wasn't on sale by then and it's pricey, plus I had to leave work to go to the store. And of course, they didn't use the extra paint I bought so it was wasted money. Also they didn't even seal the open paint cans when done.

The color was so dark and the type of paint used was exterior, which led Adrian to use more paint than what we had paid for in our quote and spend more time here than anticipated, but they didn't charge us the extra. They were here for three days total trying to cover up the colors, we appreciated their dedication to making sure there was nothing showing through the white paint, and their attention to detail. Not to mention they gave us a fair original quote, when some other companies were quoting double and triple. If you need anything painted and done right, I would recommend Precision Painting!

Thank you, Erin for being the ONLY good thing about Bob's furniture. I was really hoping Bob's furniture would be better than Ashley's but it looks like they all are going to fall short. If Bob's does anything right, it would be giving the ONE good thing they have a raise and allowing her to replace her managers. Erin assisted me with picking a bed and bedroom furniture set. Due to technical issues with the order site, she sought support from her store manager. Nice Guy, but he didn't listen to what I wanted and ordered the wrong items. This was after I spent 2 hours with Erin filling her in on my issues with Ashley Furniture and my desperate need for furniture ASAP. My items arrived (most of them) on time. I had my new bed which is great, but with the box spring the store manager ordered caused the bed sit so high that my 5'8" tall body had to jump up to get into the bed. I wanted the low profile box spring so that it was lower to the ground like a bed should be. What if this bed was for a kid or an elderly individual? You would need a chair lift to get into that bed. Next, my 5 piece bedroom set was delivered as a 4 piece. Little did I know, Mr. Store Manager ordered the wrong one. So, now my husband has no dresser for the foreseeable future. Because of course, now the piece is out of stock and on back order unlike last weekend when I worked with Erin, because she confirmed all of the items I wanted were in stock due to my need. I called Erin to get the issue resolved and she graciously reached out twice letting me know her manager on duty Jessica would be calling. She even called to tell me she was going to call in 5 minutes. Guess what?! I never received the call from Jessica. Thanks for the help, Jessica. Appreciate your attention to detail - it must be a manager thing in that store. So, I had to spend my day todaytalking to a text chat bots Wildeline and Mildred and a customer care agent Adyen for 2 hours to get the issue resolved. I am now getting the box spring I wanted and when the chest dresser becomes available (hopefully before 2027), my husband will finally have his dresser. They waived the delivery fee (as they should) and gave me a $100 off. So shout out to Adyen for spending over an hour on the phone and putting me on hold 5 times to get permission to do the right thing. Oh, I forgot to mention, that all this happened after I had already ordered a sectional couch and ottoman from them for $2000 and the ottoman broke after 2 days for NO REASON. So, call me a "Karen" if you want but if my attention to detail and listening skills were as piss poor as the management in the Joliet store or as dependable as the chatbots Wildeline and Mildred at resolving ANY TYPE OF ISSUE, I wouldn't have been able to pay over $6000 on furniture in 4 different deliveries due to 3 different mishaps caused by Bob's furniture for furniture that probably has the durability of what is left of my patience. The only reason I am giving this store 3 stars is because Erin my Guest Experience Specialist was amazing, empathetic, and supportive. Jumping off my soap box now. Happy Shopping.
