He was great, on time, perfect job. Now for the flooring and carpet people 5 starts. Painting and whoever did the floor boards3 stars because he forgot to put base boards in the bathroom and when we said something we were told " wow you are very observant" No the base boards are missing anyone would notice. Also the paint up the stairs was 1-2 inches off the carpet so very noticeable. I'll add pictures of everything later when I get to my computer. Lastly the moving part of their company started with the person in charge drop and break a case that was wrapped due to being fragile and he said well I didn't know what it was because it was wrapped. So needless to say a lot of things were damaged. And once we got everything back home it was very disappointing so much was damaged that we had to tell them about and someone came out and he looked concerned and said this is weird because they have never had this issue. I highly doubt it. I mean things were all thrown in boxes randomly . Our larger and smaller furniture and even out packing bins we purchased were smashed like they threw the boxes on top of each other. Someone wrote liars and rude words on our letter board in the master bedroom and also packed rocks individually so unpacking took weeks. One of the people working even lost her jacket in our home which they through in the back of one of our closets. We went from being angry to just being said at how much this company did not care and damaged all of our belongings. They offered us the $500 insurance to even the cost of damages which didn't even cover but we just didn't want them in our house or contact with them anymore. Be very careful. I cannot state this enough the packing part of this company would get 0 stars if I could. I'll add pictures of what I still have. And even things we found that were hidden. Like our kitchen table that was warped like they had it in a damp area or broke a top board now sure how it even happened and the bench had wood l ripped off underneath from tape it looks like.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the results of our project! We used Tinoco to repaint the interior walls, doors, baseboards, built ins, and ceilings in our entire home. They also did an absolutely fantastic job at flooring installation of our luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as the removal of the existing tile that was in the house previously in some areas. We wanted the project done on a pretty fast timeline and Ray and his team made sure that that happened! They kept in constant communication with us and collaborated with us on our plans, budget, and overall aesthetic choices so that our home truly felt like our home when it was finished--and, I am SO happy to say that it does!! On an additional side note, I will say that not only did we enjoy working with all of them. But, we had several neighbors mention to us that they were lovely and completely respectful in not wanting to bother other neighbors with additional noise or issues during the remodel.
