The owner Lilly explained how she uses ginger shampoo and essentials oils on the hair, which sounded great and you also get a neck and shoulder massage. I made an appointment and the experience was so relaxing! She even gave me an extra moxibustion treatment. Never heard of it, but it's basically a Chinese therapy that warms the body and helps relieve stress. I'd glad to have this place in my neighborhood. Will def come back!

I was prompted to arrive 15 mins prior to my scheduled appointment as it was my first time at Hand & Stone and they have some light intake paperwork to fill out. I was taken in right at the time of my scheduled appointment. The atmosphere is very nice and calming. Quiet inside and smells nice. I had Icela for my massage and she was wonderful. She asked what I was looking for to make sure she provided the best experience and asked me a few times throughout the process to make sure I was happy. She was very nice and a great masseuse! The hot stones were a great addition to the massage and really helped to relax you and relieve tension. I am very happy with my experience here and would definitely book with Icela again!
