I called in about 30 minutes before I wanted to go and they had availability for a 1 hr session right away. The Combo (30 min foot + 30 min back) Special is only $40. On an open table, over clothes. Foot soak and rub first, then face down on table and massage well done over clothes + a towel. Excellent care and attention to what I needed. I felt so much relief, especially since I suffer from fasciitis in both feet and past back injuries To shoulder, lumbar and sciatica. He even used hot stones on my legs/feet. This service is quite inexpensive, so i always tip big, especially if I feel I got what I needed, which I did, here. They are pros. Relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely return. My latest visit to Yan Yan I was greeted by Brian who took my temperature and told me that I must wear my mask at all times during the massage. He showed me to a private area with a massage table behind a curtain. The place is very clean and soft music is played to encourage relaxation and tranquility. I had a 60 minute full body massage. I do have some back issues and arthritis and I made Brian aware of my condition. He was very sensitive to push where he was able and to be more gentle on my lower back. He used a variety of pressure and techniques. Brian also used hot stones and warm compresses on my back. I felt totally relaxed when I left. I was offered a water bottle when I left. I will definitely come back to Yan Yan in the near future. read more

I've gotten many massages before, and I think the best ones have been at Yan Yan. I've gone to Yan Yan twice, and I've had Coco as my masseuse both times. Coco is incredible -- very thorough, strong, courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable about pressure points/anatomy. I've had Coco focus on the areas where I am especially tight, such as low back and neck, and her massage work has been extremely relieving for me. Coco always works on other parts of my body even if I don't specify that I want her to. Nicole, who has greeted and helped me check out both times I've been there, is super nice and friendly. I called looking for an appt last Sunday soley based on reviews I read here. They said come right in. I had requested a full body massage including foot massage and specifically requested a male Masseur. He said "oh yes" to that. They quoted a price of $45 for 60 minutes. I agreed. The place was hard to find, but I got there, there were two men in the front and was directed to a massage bed where I partially disrobed and laid face down. Someone came in and began and extreme deep tissue massage. I commented that I had broken ribs. To my surprise, I had a female Masseuse. I let it go and requested she go easy. She continued as before. It was not a relaxing massage; more like a workout! At the end, I dressed and went to the front prepared to pay my agreed $45. I gave him $60, and he handed me $15 change. I put $10 in my pocket and started toward the back to tip the Masseuse $5, but the gentleman stopped me saying no, $10 tip, you keep $5 shaming me in front of customers. I did as he requested, but will never go back. The place was cleave and nice enough, but I was not scheduled with a male Masseur as agreed on the phone, and the public shaming about the tip was uncalled for. Totally unprofessional! read more

Extremely unreliable AND unaccountable. I made an appt with someone who barely spoke any English who just said "7". I asked if she should take my telephone # and she just said NO. So of course when I drove 25 minutes and arrived, (I could tell) the same woman was working on someone else and came to me and said 45 MINUTE. ! Although there is a bit of a language barrier, the people here are very sweet and extremely knowledgeable of anatomy. I went in for a massage and Frank knew right away where my problem area was (right shoulder, lower back). He worked carefully and methodically. They are very sweet, and reasonably priced. Ok. Today was the second time I have gone to lilys. My friends and children have gone there and no problems. Today was bad. I got rolled. I got a $35 massage. Half hour foot half hour back. During the massage I had to ask for him to go lighter which he did and to rub my heel which he was ignoring. I don't think he liked the instruction. When I went to pay I gave him $35 for massages and a $7 tip which is 20%. He pushed the tip back at me and told me it was no good. He said that there was a $10 minimum tip. I explained that I had been there before and that wasn't true. After questioning him for a few minutes he bullied me into giving him $10. Only one other customer was there and she said she goes there all the time and never heard of such a thing. He hid behind the language barrier. Don't like when people come to the U.S. For a better life and then rob you. It wasnt a misunderstanding it was a planned well thought out manipulation to get more money!!
