The quality of work was far below sub-par. The alignment of my window even w/ studs on the glass for alignment purposes they could not center that up correctly. They bent my wiper arms and when I called them back to fix the wiper alignment is when I realized and was shown how they remove the arms, w/ a mallet. During the process of removing the glass they scratched the paint on my new vehicle and I even called them out on it and the reply was that cannot be helped. I asked for Ford replacement parts they did the glass correct but not the wipers. When it rained a few days later I again realized the poor quality of the repair when my wipers did not make full contact w/ the windshield. Overall the value of their work was worthless to me as I had to go the Ford house to purchase two wiper arms, two wiper blades and touch up paint to fix all of their screwups at a cost of two hundred dollars out of my pocket. "PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK. THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE DO NOT CARE EITHER ABOUT THEIR OUTPUT AS WELL". Cindy's glass tinting was a long my course of travel so looking at the reviews the very first one was a one star negative review but they had four stars nonetheless. Knowing that one should always discount the best and the worst reviews, the majority were all five stars with positive comments, so I decided to give them a call and I spoke with Cindy herself. She was very patient with my seemingly innocuous questions and the most important factor was. They said they could do it today while I waited. When I arrive, we discussed what I wanted done, she and her husband were both very friendly, helpful, and patient. They immediately pulled my car in while they were finishing up another vehicle. They were bouncing back-and-forth like a well oiled machine between my vehicle and the one they were finishing up the previous vehicle. They mentioned they had been doing tint for over 40 years, it shows in their speed and quality of work. They were less expensive, was able to get me in the same day that I made initial contact, and did better work then everyone else in the area, including where I had been going for years. I'm glad that I gave them a shot as they are now my go to window tinting place based on the quality of work and I am beyond OCD So being completely satisfied is rare for me, and when I left Cindys window window tinting, I was completely satisfied. It is a two person operation from what I saw a husband and wife team so they both have vested interest to turn out quality product as well as provide exceptional customer service, which they hit a home run as far as I'm concerned. He explained everything (pricing, Calibration, etc) and walked me through the process with contacting insurance. Communication was great throughout and efficient.
