this company tows vehicles off properties with no legitimate reason. they do not supply receipts…read moreunless you remain vigilant & request them repeatedly. Even if you receive a notice, it is a text message with a website link instructing the recipient to click in order to access the document. The links only work for a day or 2, then they're broken, unable to be accessed any longer. the address this company has on their website is not even the location where the vehicles are held! the small patch of property where the vehicles are stored is hazardous, unsafe, with a ditch in the roadway & surrounded by a junkyard/dumping site. they are not easy to get a hold of when attempting to arrange for payment & pickup of the vehicles. when you do manage to get a hold of someone, you are told someone will be there in 10 - 20 minutes, only to sit and wait for several hours. this was an absolute nightmare and total scam of taking resident's cars, especially when you are an expectant mother and need transportation, is horrendous. do not award any contracts to them, nothing but scammers & thieves out to make a quick buck off the backs of hard working people.

I had the Jaguar delivered to my house around the beginning of October. After receiving the car I called Va Car Guys and asked where the title was. I was told by Doug it was in the car, this was October 5th. I tore the interior apart looking for the title. After making several calls to Doug and being lied to with Doug insisting that the title was in the car but Doug could not remember where in the car. Imagine that. Another of several lies Doug told me. After a few weeks I get a VA. Title in the mail, but there is more problems, the title was not signed and the vin on the title does not match the car. I called Doug, I get a run a round and a bunch of BS. I tell Doug that he can get a clean title by going through the Va. Courts or I can go through the Pa courts. On Doug's Ebay it stated clean title. Doug tells me to take care of the title and he will help with legal fees since he did not provide a clean title. I secured a clean Pa title which cost me over $2000.00. I called Doug several time and he claimed he was busy and would call me back, he never did. Now when I call he will not answer like the coward that he is. Let me add a liar. Doug told me to go ahead and he will pay court and attorney fees.

Then, when he was supposedly 15 minutes away, he requested pictures - which were immediately sent. He never showed up at expected. When we called, he then said he was another 30 minutes away. When he finally got there, he was in a freaking 18 wheeler cab. Are you kidding? Of course, he could not fit in the parking lot with this truck. So he said he needed another 45 minutes to go get a different vehicle at his lot. He assured us he was going to come back. He never did come back. We waited over an hour. There were no responses to multiple calls and texts as well. So we were left stranded after midnight by this person. We finally decided to abandon the car, had to find a ride home and didn't get home until 1 AM. And when he was there (with the 18 wheeler cab), we heard him talking to a Jae. Based on Yelp, it would seem that this is the owner of the company. Very disappointing and downright dangerous.
