Got a full face threading Monday and made this mistake of not waiting for Shila. I was in somewhat of a hurry and she had 4 people waiting for her at 11:00 am. So I went to the other girl, didn't catch her name, and instantly regretted it. I've never had such a painful threading in my life. As she went around my face she continually pulled hair from my scalp and hairline. Besides this the actual threading was so painful! So imagine my surprise when I got into my car and saw that my face was still completely hairy. She didn't properly thread my face and the hair was cut. So now I have short hair all over my face instead of long, and my eyebrows are butchered. One is very tiny one is very full. I wanted to cry. I've been numerous times before and Shila has always done a fantastic job. I just wish they took appointments because I don't always have an hour or more to sit and wait. read more

First timer getting brows threaded called Saturday morning 10am got an appointment for 12 with Shila I was in the chair around 12:15 ( I let a lady that was waiting and had kids go ahead of me no biggie) this place is packed girls/lady's are in and out non stop but it moves quick it's not like your sitting there all day shila is fast and everyone seemed pleased after she finished threading the place is clean and not loud although it's packed anyway I was nervous I hate thin eyebrows so I did bring a picture of the shape I wanted and how clean I wanted it to look i went in with really bushy ugly shaped brows (I use a brow shaver lol) I had 2 different shapes and could not fix my brows on my own that is why I decided to try this I was tired of looking at my brows just horrible anyway Shila took a look wiped my make up off and instantly told me I had different shapes (which I knew but was praying to get that fixed!) When she started it was not as bad as I thought it would hurt only some hairs here and there hurted a tiny bit when she finished gave me a mirror and one eyebrow looked perfect like the picture i brought my other brow was a lil thinner in the front she did tell me to leave them alone that because I had two different shapes one had less hair so she shaped it as much possible and said once that hair grows in come back I should have perfect matching brows it's not a huge difference so I'm not upset also I know it was my fault not hers she did a very clean job & I love how they look and can't wait to go back after the hair grows a lil to have perfect brows she works fast but shes good I can't believe I've never had this done i didn't know i could have such a nice long full shape!! I also had her do my upper lip since I have a lil peach fuzz and wanted to see if it made a difference and wow that was painful but fast and it left me a really nice clean look i had very lil redness by the time I got home it was gone I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHILA THIS PLACE IS A MUST TRY!! read more

If i could give a zero star i would. This place is not clear with eyelash extensions. The way they do it is not professional. It looks like falsies once applied. The glue was thick and bulgy. It did not look cute. Also, it seems like she was rushing it. I feel like this place needs to add pictures of what they do and how they do. The staff here are all so friendly and cute. They get really busy in the evening right when everyone is heading home from work, but I've never minded waiting. I've never had a bad job from them, but then again I don't think I'm very particular about my eyebrows - I just want them to look neatly groomed. I've also had my arms waxed as it was recommended for a photo shoot I was doing and the wax was only $35. I don't see how you can mess up arm waxing, and they didn't, so that's good. read more

Before I had my eyebrows done, I had been growing my brows for about a year. Keep in mind that I have sparse/ light colored brows and if I over pluck, it'll look like I won't have any eyebrows. Before I went to get my brows threaded, it looked fairly thick. Unfortunately, the woman I had made my eyebrows too thin, it almost looked like my brow weren't there and the ends of my brows had gaps without hair. Shila is legit I tell you! I come here every time I visit Vegas, she's my go to eyebrows lady. I can't trust anyone else, but her. Shilla 's prices are super cheap and such a plus that she's an extremely sweet lady. And did I mention that she has mad skill on those threads? I came back here and I will never come back again. I grew out my eyebrows for almost 2 months before I decided to treat myself and get them done at Shila's for an occasion. They are absolutely ruined and I'll have to draw them in for a few weeks now. They are miles apart, not remotely the same shape and one is higher than the other.
