Without Nilab I would give this place a five star rating. We went a while back and this woman completely annihilated my little sisters brows. She refused to acknowledge her mistake or even apologize, claiming she "knows what she did." Clearly my sisters testimony and experience trumps Nilab's interpretation of the service because they are my sister's brows- not her's. They would've been satisfactory had Shila or Meena done them. She walked out with needle brows. We will continue to frequent this place, but will not have Nilab's service. read more

My favorite is Martha!! She listened to what I wanted and takes her time. I got eyebrows, lip, and chin threaded. Martha is very friendly and we always chat about our day. She threads my eyebrows first, then cuts the hair down. Even when I want thin brows, she gets a perfect shape for me! I like the thinner look! The prices for brow, chin, and lip is $20 and Martha doesn't rush. I always feel special and important. Best of all, I look beautiful when I leave. read more

Shila was the first in my neighborhood to open threading. I had a first experience in Indianapolis and I thought Vegas would never had one. All I know before I new it. There was Shila's. Not only is the place on eastern great she has now 2 locations. All the girls at great. What a difference from waxing, especially if you have sensitive skin. It was a good experience coming to get my eyebrows threaded. It wasn't anything too spectacular, as I have been to other places, but it was understandable because it was the day before Christmas and they were busy. I used to come here for my brows because it was closer to my house. I stopped about a year ago when they were super abrasive with the thread and cut my skin. Retried this shoppe last October because I was in the area and needed my brows threaded. I waited like 45 minutes and the shape was alright.. but not worth the wait or the hype. First timer getting brows threaded called Saturday morning 10am got an appointment for 12 with Shila I was in the chair around 12:15 ( I let a lady that was waiting and had kids go ahead of me no biggie) this place is packed girls/lady's are in and out non stop but it moves quick it's not like your sitting there all day shila is fast and everyone seemed pleased after she finished threading the place is clean and not loud although it's packed anyway I was nervous I hate thin eyebrows so I did bring a picture of the shape I wanted and how clean I wanted it to look i went in with really bushy ugly shaped brows (I use a brow shaver lol) I had 2 different shapes and could not fix my brows on my own that is why I decided to try this I was tired of looking at my brows just horrible anyway Shila took a look wiped my make up off and instantly told me I had different shapes (which I knew but was praying to get that fixed!) When she started it was not as bad as I thought it would hurt only some hairs here and there hurted a tiny bit when she finished gave me a mirror and one eyebrow looked perfect like the picture i brought my other brow was a lil thinner in the front she did tell me to leave them alone that because I had two different shapes one had less hair so she shaped it as much possible and said once that hair grows in come back I should have perfect matching brows it's not a huge difference so I'm not upset also I know it was my fault not hers she did a very clean job & I love how they look and can't wait to go back after the hair grows a lil to have perfect brows she works fast but shes good I can't believe I've never had this done i didn't know i could have such a nice long full shape!! I also had her do my upper lip since I have a lil peach fuzz and wanted to see if it made a difference and wow that was painful but fast and it left me a really nice clean look i had very lil redness by the time I got home it was gone I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHILA THIS PLACE IS A MUST TRY!! read more

HORRIBLE!!! I waited 30 min for Shila to do my eyebrows and then she just leaves and I'm stuck waiting another ten minutes for someone else. The girl who did my eyebrows did the WORST job ever. I was growing my eyebrows out because I like them thick and I told her this. I also explained how I wanted an arch. She gave me two uneven straight lines. Worst job ever!!! I will never go back here. They did a good job on my brows. I've had my brows threaded before and it felt like the thread was whipping at my face. Shila's didn't feel like that at all and my skin wasn't nearly as irritated. The girl that did my eyebrows was very sweet and patient with me since I'm a bat case when it comes to my face and eyebrows. I usually only get mine done once every six months because I have thin hair and it takes forever to grow back, so when someone messes up it royally messes with my face for months. I found this place based on all the other helpful yelpers, (thanks ladies!) and it is definitely a hidden gem. Its very clean inside and the wait was literally two minutes. The pain was very minimal and much quicker than I expected. Needless to say they came out great and I will be going back in 6 weeks since the girl that did my eyebrows recommended it and I trust her with my face shapers! read more

I got my eyebrows done here by another lady not shila and she messed up my eyebrows !! They were uneven!!! I was very disappointed I had to wait for them to grow out to get them fixed again.. :-( if you are getting your eyebrows done at this place ask for shila to do it!
