Priscila and her team are best-in-class! She came with one additional team member and they gave my one-bedroom apartment a very thorough cleaning in a very efficient 2 hrs. Bedroom, bathroom, living room, hallways, and kitchen - they covered it all. Dusting and wiping surfaces, vacuuming carpet/rug, scrubbing shower, cleaning dishes, removing trash, etc - they did it all. They are trustworthy and communicative - so you can feel free comfortable leaving your home while they work. I put in an urgent request for carpet cleaning and Tadeu responded within an hour. Not only was he prompt in responding to my inquiry, he was able to come that day! When he arrived, he looked over the area I needed cleaned and pointed out that he could also help out with my two couches (which desperately needed to be cleaned). I wasn't sure he'd have time to do it all given the last minute notice but he got the carpets and two couches done that afternoon! By the time he wrapped up it was getting dark so unfortunately I don't have photos but I'm very pleased with the results - I don't think my couch has ever looked this good and he completely got the stains out of the carpet.
