edited below after business reply: had ordered move in/move out deep cleaning services with this business for a 3bd2ba house. responded and scheduled quickly. it took a crew of two people about 5 hours to complete the job. stove, fridge, sinks and baths were done well. windows - indoors only- also good. the rest was cleaned very poorly - superficial touch up cleaning at best. floors throughout not scrubbed hard enough to get them clean, kitchen cabinets and especially upper cabinetry (shelves , hardware , door edges), also bedroom storage top shelves, behind and under fridge, all not cleaned enough to get grease/dust/etc out. we have moved in ~week later after the cleaning and still finding dirty places left unclean. i didn't have a step stool or wipes to look for missed places during checkout - completely empty place . my wife got kicked out during cleaning - no way to check on them. supervisor left and then came back at the end to show few spots they actually cleaned. this won't pass any move out inspection so you will end up paying for the cleaning again. my total was $430 = $40/person/hour. in addition none spoke any english including supervisor - i wouldn't pay even half of it for this job. find a better provider. business reply is pathetic excuse for sending unprofessional crew read more

Do your self a favor and hire her! We came across Pricilla's cleaning services after a long search She is friendly, always smile, flexible, work hard and don't miss a spot! We have a 3 bedroom house 2 bathroom, she works with a partner but sometimes will do all that work alone. Easy to communicate with and reasonably priced! Priscila and her team are best-in-class! She came with one additional team member and they gave my one-bedroom apartment a very thorough cleaning in a very efficient 2 hrs. Bedroom, bathroom, living room, hallways, and kitchen - they covered it all. Dusting and wiping surfaces, vacuuming carpet/rug, scrubbing shower, cleaning dishes, removing trash, etc - they did it all. They are trustworthy and communicative - so you can feel free comfortable leaving your home while they work. But also they were conversational and easy to be around if you'd prefer to stay and just be in the other room while they work. It was a great experience and I highly recommend! Needed a cleaning service for my apartment. Priscilla did a great job. My bathtub is super clean and a few shades lighter. My couch pillows are all fluffed up and looking new (I didn't even know that was possible). She even cleaned the fridge, washed the dishes, and made the bed! I put in an urgent request for carpet cleaning and Tadeu responded within an hour. Not only was he prompt in responding to my inquiry, he was able to come that day! When he arrived, he looked over the area I needed cleaned and pointed out that he could also help out with my two couches (which desperately needed to be cleaned). I wasn't sure he'd have time to do it all given the last minute notice but he got the carpets and two couches done that afternoon! By the time he wrapped up it was getting dark so unfortunately I don't have photos but I'm very pleased with the results - I don't think my couch has ever looked this good and he completely got the stains out of the carpet.
