Schneider and his helper (sorry, dude, I didn't get your name) are very responsive and eager to please. Most important, they do good work. It's a little more expensive than taking your pup to a brick and mortar shop, but it's worth it to keep your dog close to home in an environment he's used to that's a lot less noisy than a typical doggy salon. My little poodle Buddy is a sweet old pup who turned into a nervous wreck when I had to drop him off at (old groomer.) Schneider took good care of him and gave him just the clip I was looking for. In the end, we were all happy and I didn't have to leave the house. I've got a new groomer! One thing: Schneider speaks Portuguese and his English isn't great.
