The process took about two hours, but time flew by chatting with her. She is located inside the Harmon restaurant on the 3rd floor and I would recommend parking in the back of the building, since the front only has 90 minute paid parking. So I believe I can speak from experience ... Shannon is professional, ontime, takes her job seriously and is friendly and makes the whole appointment a wonderful experience . My lashes were weak, sparce and really sad! Ayenda set me on the right path to get mine where they need to be. She listens, advises and leaves it up to the client to make the final decision. If it is something that she knows will hurt your lashes, she won't do it. Ayenda also handles all of my sugaring needs. She is thorough and communicative about the whole process. Her solon space is comfortable with a heated blanket, supports for your legs, calming music (if you don't talk the whole time like I do :-)) and she is really good about ensuring I am comfortable. My old lash girl moved to Houston, so I needed to find someone close to home that (obviously) was going to do a solid job. I stumbled across Jenn on Yelp and also checked out her Instagram, and decided to book with her. My first appointment with her was fun, because we discovered that we were super close in our pregnancies - her daughter was born a month or so before my son, so we always had that to connect with each other during appointments! Fast forward to now, and I love my appointments with Jenn! It's so fun to chat with her and be able to connect with someone who understands mom life and all the things that come with it. Beyond that, she's damn good at what she does! My lashes always look SO GOOD when I leave my appointments and I've had some insane retention in the past (not so much currently, as I'm going through postpartum hair loss... IYKYK). At my last appointment we did something really fun - added some pops of COLOR! So, some of my lashes are expertly placed and are blue and purple. I absolutely loooove them and I don't think I'll be going back. Lastly - Jenn is AMAZING about schedule flexibility. So I found this place through a co worker of mine. And she went ahead and helped me get in literally 2 days after I requested for an appointment. And believe me, for those who know and live my lashes, it is dang hard to get in ANYWHERE ! But anyway, The drive from Lacey was not bad at all.
