There was a stage that was the main focal area where both my brother-in-law welcomed and took pictures with his guests. The centerpieces were also balloon bouquets that doubled as "disco balls" when seen from afar. The whole ambience was causal elegance and looked stellar. Laura got there early (4:00 pm (on time!)) and was there at midnight to take everything down. She even threw in the big, lighted number 50 for free! She was thorough, polite, professional and creative. We got compliments from just about everybody who attended. I really don't have anything to compare her prices to, but we thought it was fair for the quality and service. Booking was quick and easy and she communicated before, during and after. We wanted balloon decorations, but she does all types of party decor. I'm sure we'll have more events that will need centerpieces or focal areas and Laura will be on our short list of party and event decorators.

I went thru similar situation and this was my experience I had two girls one sixteen and one…read morefifteen.. we decided to celebrate them together.. so we went ahead and hired Veronica... when my daughters told her assistant how they wanted their decor on the next visit to pay her a deposit she told us that it looked trashy and little rancher.. we then proceeded to let her know we wanted a bartender on February 22 to be exact and we also let her know we wanted to have both colors... on the day before our event when I looked at the decor I was crying my girls were upset and my youngest daughter requested for her color to be on the napkins as well and her worker Martha told us they couldn't do it that day but they will by Saturday morning... we also found out 2 days before our event we didn't have a bartender and I told her we had said yes and she had to add and and pay the difference because it was her mistake! Then our message telephone we had ordered wasn't working and her worker Martha said you have to contact Cheers I'm sorry.. so we contacted cheers they didn't answer the day of event or after! And lastly we weren't told we had to take trays for possible left over food so all food was thrown by Martha and other ladies there !! Our main cake wasn't cut at all!!! Also when you guys sign a contract make sure they state if items are RENTED or included with the package...! Reason why is because we thought the money box was for our girls and Martha stated this belongs to us (Veronica).. we had to get another one to put our girls cards... This was by far the worst experience ever I don't recommend at all!! Look elsewhere they say look at reviews and we unfortunately realized too late!!! All she cares is about pleasing herself! She also stated she added an extra throne chair at no extra charge how is that possible if she knew it was two girls were they supposed to sit on each other's laps?? And she added 30 mins extra to serve food when clearly they had alot of issues since the beginning!! Not worth it waste of time!

We rented a bunch of LED furniture from Opus. The booking process was easy and they were very…read moreresponsive and easy to book. Even when I added extra furniture the week of they were super accommodating which I appreciated -- but there were a few hiccups along the way. The day before we were given a delivery window - they showed up about 2 hours early, and I was not home yet to meet them. Not knowing anything about what I needed my husband told them to put everything in our backyard. I came home to a stack of high top chairs about 12-14feet high and plastic wrapped. I know this is how they travel, but it would have been nice if they were left in more realistic stacks. Even on a stepping stool I wasn't tall enough to get them unwrapped and down. Then when night came about 2-3 pieces weren't lighting up. I called the next day (the day of the event) and thankfully they were able to send a friend who was coming this way out to replace the pieces. She was super helpful and lovely. As frustrated as I was that pieces weren't working, this extra effort really helped. But then after the party the following Monday the delivery crew again showed up hours early. They didn't even let us know they were there, they just let themselves into our yard took the furniture and left. Had they come when scheduled and let me know they were here I had tip money for them! While I appreciate them not asking for the tip I don't think they should just silently take the furniture. I had a heart attack when I saw it was gone and then had to check the cameras to confirm it wasn't stolen. Also what if our dogs were in the yard? Next time, definitely let people know you're there! Also knocking off one more star because by 10 pm (and the furniture was turned on at about 5:50) 3 more pieces had died and were no longer lighting up including one of the pieces that was replaced that morning. I'm glad the party was full so no one really noticed, but since I paid for light up furniture it was disappointing to have so many issues with it .
