I had driven by Blues several times & finally one day I stopped there to get some advice. It's a small place but Rob, Bryan & Jefferson are all very nice guys. I set up an appt & Bryan was able to give me a lift home. I planned on leaving my car there for most of the day. At first I was not going to do my interior bc I thought it looked just fine. I take my car to the car wash every couple of weeks & they always vacuum & wipe down inside. However, quite awhile ago, a bottle of Champagne had exploded while packed in the back compartment of my car. I thoroughly cleaned it up or so I thought! Bryan showed me a picture of the back of my second seats. Needless to say, they did do a magnificent job on the interior too! I didn't take a pic bc I was busy that evening & of course the next day, the pollen had already settled all over the exterior. But they did a great job for a fair price!

But one day I was passing by Hicksville and saw this handwashing location. I decided to give it a try. Now I've been to some very reputable handwash places. Blues is definitely one of them. He takes his time and he cares. So I decided to get my car ceramic coated. I did go ask couple of places but none of them gave me the reassurance I was looking for. Keep in mind you don't want to mess this up since it is a semi permanent product. He took care of my car, all the swirls, took his time. He even did my calipers, exhaust tips, wheels. I downloaded the Autocare Network mobile app, registered with my app registration code, and searched which car washes were near me to redeem the voucher. It was easy to use. Classic Car Wash was one of those options and I opted to go here and pay the $2 surcharge for The Classic Car Wash. There are two lanes and there were a few cars ahead of me on a Tuesday around noon. The waiting area inside is very spacious and there are benches outside for you to wait as well. After handing my paper to the cashier and verifying my code through the mobile app, he gave me a white receipt. My car was done in about 20 minutes and the job wasn't very well done. There were a lot of streak marks on the car and on the windows. Though they gave me a 10% off next visit reward, I don't think I'll be using it.

This was my third visit, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently unacceptable each time. Despite the services clearly advertised and included in the app, employees continuously refuse to provide towels for customers to properly finish drying their vehicles. In addition, they repeatedly refuse to clean the carpets, claiming that carpet cleaning is not covered, even though the app explicitly states otherwise. As a paying customer using a service promoted by Toyota, I expect the business to honor the services included in the program instead of making excuses or denying benefits that customers are entitled to receive. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to provide the advertised services reflects very badly on both this location and the Tru Toyota Autocare Network. I would appreciate this issue being addressed immediately to ensure customers receive the services they are paying for and promised through the program.

I've seen the workers sitting in the back for up to half an hour waiting for the boss to wake up and open the business AFTER business hours have started. In terms of value, I wouldn't say I'm getting the most out of my monthly membership because they're closed at inconsistent and random hours and half the time I drive by for a wash I can't really get one. The quality of the wash is great, however, consistency and reliability are equally important for a business.

It's not convenient, especially in the winter months when you want to get your car washed more frequently. The first time they were closed, I mentioned it to the owner, and he said it was because the machines broke down. At least leave a sign at the entrance that you're closed due to mechanical issues.
