We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. Since then, I've signed up for monthly cleanings, and my husband and I (both working two jobs) rely on her to help keep our home in shape. Multiple messages immediately back to back telling you to pay up. I didn't have a day open to do it. I'm not paying a deposit until I have a schedule to allow it. The contract is ridiculous. Especially the fine print. If you order them. Pay what was required and they finish early , you would be pro rated. Unless the owner does the cleaning. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build. You have no say if she cokes to clean. Because if you cancel in a case like that, you pay the whole thing. One example of the nickel and dime mindset. She's not overly friendly either. My hope is she sees this and makes some form of an adjustment but after reading others reviews on a different platform I found she likes to argue with clients. I'm not into arguing about how my carpet was vacuumed. Because I did not use the service it would be inappropriate to give a negative star rating. The cleaning service I initially hired did it for $150 and I was throughly not impressed with them just giving a swipe and leaving. I requested a quote through yelp and she responded with her price range and availability. After texting a bit and sending photos she offered me a great price quoting me $10 less than the last cleaners and we went ahead and scheduled. She had said it'll only take two hours but she spent over 4 hours cleaning the bathroom and I am not complaining! She was so intricate and detailed, she got the toughest stains that previous tenants have left over the years, got the built up mold and mildew out the cracks. I was so adversed to taking a bath but it's so clean I'd probably be able to eat off the tub. She must have scrubbed every inch of surface including the counter, toilet, walls, doors, and floor. She even went as far as unscrewing the toilet cover and getting the gunk out the inside. And she left the cutest bow on my toilet paper! She accidentally had stained a spare rug I use to wipe water off the countertops and tried offering a discount because of it. I told not to worry at all because they're a pack of 5 for like $3 bucks at Target but it just goes to show how far her integrity goes. All in all, I am elated at the service she provided. For the amount of work she does she does not charge enough! Support your local business owners and book her for your cleanings right away!
