I bought a gaming chair back in December 2024 and sent in a claim less than a week ago that the chair was leaning to one side. No questions asked, they sent me an e-gift card I could use to purchase another gaming chair. The price was considerably higher and they price matched what I had paid back in 2024. I would definitely purchase a warranty again seeing how quick and easy this was.
