I will pay extra money for ups or usps to avoid these incompetent people. if a website only offers FedEx I will buy somewhere else or call them and ask if they can ship ups. They always used to make the signature thing a big deal and it was a nightmare to get them to do what they got paid to do, just deliver the package. I work nights and never signed up to have my package require a signature, I guess that's how you get them to come up the driveway though, just takes an extra week and them making 4 trips to your house to finally get your item.

They ended up taking it to the Staples store in Plainfield, IN on 8/4 at 9:27am and they show the phone picked up at Staples at 4:35 pm by someone that was not me. Staples said they would never give a package out without proper ID but yet they cannot show me proof of who picked it up and who signed for it! It wasn't me! My suspicions is it was employee who knew it was a cell phone and took it! How else would someone come in with the tracking number and my ID to sign for it!
