The food itself was okay, but having to remind the staff to finish our order was disappointing. You're asked to tip before you've received any service, yet everything is self-service and no one checks on you. I don't mind self-service at all when it's organized and the restaurant is clean, but this experience felt disorganized from start to finish. It's my favorite place where is the best sweet where either in the city! They have really soft and wet the donuts without a any extra fat. There are also excellent service and a cleanest hall. I was a bit surprised and concerned when asked if I would prefer a 12 or 16oz Cortado, but I kept it pushing. While the Cortado was non traditional, it was a welcomed variation, stronger than a latte but far sweeter compared to a flat white or more traditional Cortado. It was moreso a drink of its own. The breakfast tacos were a gift to my husband. He didn't give them great reviews but we figured 1. They'd been sitting for a while before we ever received them and 2. I had to make a few unplanned stops along the way back, which didn't really give them a fair shot. He'll have to try them another day, and if we choose to return we'll definitely plan to do so i the morning to try the item they're named for-donuts!
