When I tried to make an inquiry about just dropping the package (which was a laptop computer) he haughtily replied, " that is how it is done." Needless to say, I took my package and went to a UPS store where they scanned the package and gave me a receipt with a tracking #. So it seems like that is how it is done.

She was rude and argumentative.

Very gentle and also decisive in their instructions to me on how to adjust my baby make sure the photo was met the requirements for my case. Able to do passport photos for different country size standards, print, and email digital copies. THANK YOU for making what could have been a disastrous experience into a smooth process with the desired outcome. Long Story Longer: I'm a graphic designer and illustrator, and I was looking for a local business to make prints of my drawings/paintings for an upcoming craft fair. I had been working with a different printer, but their rates were expensive, and to be honest I wasn't satisfied with the thin paper they were using. I searched for printers on Yelp and found Express Copy & More, and I'm so happy I did! Fast forward about a year, and today I am a loyal customer. The owner, Jandark, is a lovely person all-around. She prints my work on acid-free, thick "cover" paper that is a huge step up in quality from the prints I was ordering from a different business. In terms of pricing, her rates are absolutely fair and affordable. Also, she's friendly and a joy to work with. It's a happy part of my day when I get to visit her, pick up my prints, chat a bit, and take home a piece of chocolate (or two, or three) from the bowl of candy on her desk.
