Their workers stole items from me when moving my entire household into my garage to store. I had water damage and was unable to be in my home for 19 months. This happened 3 years ago and unfortunately I didn't reaalize the items were missing til 12/22. The workers were also used very vulgar language. They seemed to be in a hurry to finish. Damaged our walls and furniture . Young kid very condescending and didn't listen to where things needed to go , even though they labeled things prior ,he still wanted to put items where "he" thought they should go . Even though they wrap your furniture , we had found damaged furniture . Some items that are not replaceable or able to fix . I've moved many times in my life and I've never had a mover damage walls but this company did . Instead of deducting bill the guy just said sorry . I haven't had to move in 30 years and I was dreading hiring movers based on stories I had heard. I decided to use No Problem Movers (NPM) to help load the truck and they were great! Robert was very helpful up front with a very competitive quote (I couldn't believe how much some companies wanted to charge!) and answered a few calls before move day answering all of my questions. These guys are awesome! It is a family run business. The owner Robert, and his son came out and did the estimate themselves, and do the moving too. They took the time to explain a lot of things that will make moves go more smoothly. Most importantly, they are licensed and insured!!! Not all of the movers that are well-rated on Yelp are actually licensed by the state of California, which means they probably aren't insured either, which spells a world of trouble if anything were to go wrong during your move. We we super disappointed when our usual movers were booked up and couldn't move us when we wanted to be scheduled because we really liked them. And we still do. But we LOVE No Problem Movers. The guys were fun to work with, kept it light, were organized and respectful. They didn't waste any time and always checked in with us and put what we wanted first. With movers, it's all about the clock, so the more you can do, the less time ticks away. These guys come in, get the plan and immediately get going. They know how to plan stacking the truck to make it easy and quick to unload, they protect the floors and walls, bring tools to disassemble and reassemble any furniture, as well as provide wardrobe boxes to help get your stuff out of the closet (other places, like our usual movers, make you pay extra for these). Anyway, they work non-stop, have fun, and make a normally stressful day, not so bad. I hear they can do other things like help move big things around in your house if you change your mind about your set-up, or (I think they called it) an in-home move where they put all your stuff in your garage or on-site storage pod for a bit and then move it back if you are doing a reno or installing new floors. Very professional, and they cared to make my move a smooth one and to make sure my furniture and possessions arrived in good shape. Overall, did a great job. Robert prides himself on punctuality. They moved us from one part of a large San Jose apartment complex to another part. Total distance was less than 1 mile. With four men, the job was done quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, there was "a problem" with "No Problem." Since the move was so short, they didn't want to wrap our vintage glass table tops (blue glass, impossible to replace), and one was chipped. In addition, we had some items in "Space Bags," which Robert told us would be "no problem." They must have been thrown into the truck, since one bag was shattered. In the scheme of things, these were minor issues, but the men were so fast, that we didn't see them until afterwards. Robert had promised us that the carpeting would be protected, and door mouldings covered; neither were done. We would recommend "No Problem," but you really need to be vigilant. We hired No Problem Movers for our move recently. They did as advertised, showed up on time, hauled away our stuff, and moved out. Nothing was broken and they did a really good job. The main thing is how friendly and polite they are. A lot of movers I've used in the past always grumble at the fact we have a couch (who doesn't have a couch?) and seem really put out that they are, you know, doing their job. Not these guys. They seemed happy to be there. Not only that, but they were INCREDIBLY polite to my wife and myself. It may seem like a little thing but it really sets these guys apart from other moving companies. They did a great job with the move itself as well so the attitude was just icing on the cake. I was moving out of San Jose to Loomis and had contacted 4 movers on Yelp. Only one replied back. When I told the person what I had adn how big the house was, I received a quote of $2,400. I asked if they wanted to see what I had. No was the reply. Not taking that offer. Saw "No Problem Movers" in Campbell and inquired about moving locations. The men were very polite, answered any questions and after I asked, they gave me a business card. I called the number and the owner replied and wanted to come over. I showed him the house, each room, the basement and the garage. He carried a clip board and marked things down. Have me a quote. Said the crew would be at my house at 8 Am on a Wednesday. 8 Am Wednesday they were there. 7 guys loaded up 2 trucks by noon. The delivery was to be the next day in Loomis. The 2 trucks showed up with 4 guys. They placed things in places as marked. They were done in a couple of hours. Never found anything broken, scratched or damaged, Some furniture was wrapped in blankets and no damage or scratching was exhibited. At the end I was told what the bill was. It was lower than original because of the time involved. These guys are outstanding. They work together extremely well and your belongings could not be in better hands. Robert and team are my heroes! They moved our entire family to our new house in record time! They showed up on time and he brought 4 people with him besides himself! They immediately went to work carefully and quickly loading up all our stuff. The team was very professional and a happy team. They even grabbed clothes out our closets and put in wardrobe boxes! They even had 2 small trucks to take our wet patio furniture and kids toys over from the rain! Despite the rain they were done on time and just took a 30 minute break for lunch before unloading all our items in our new house. They were careful with our new hardwood floor and making sure we put felt pads under all our furniture. They finished 1/2 hour early despite all the furniture and boxes we had. The only thing that was negative is they left a door off the hinges in our townhouse that we had to put back on and left some tools there as well so it was a pain to go put it back on after moving out. We called Robert but he was already on another job and could not come back to put the door back on. My wife and I used No Problem Movers to move our furniture, appliances and other things from our previous house in San Jose to our current house in another city. The positives were their punctuality and prices. The negatives were failure to follow directions, insufficient staffing of the packing of our things in San Jose, and the handling of the unloading at our new home. We asked for two people to pack our things and No Problem Movers only sent one. The men who actually moved our things showed up the next day and randomly put things in boxes that didn't have labels saying what the boxes contained. We still can't find a lot of things as a result. On moving day, five guys showed up and went through the house like a blizzard. We were not able to keep track of them to ensure that they were following our directions. Due to my disability and inability to lift anything over 25 pounds, we asked that things be packed in small to mid-size boxes unless the item to be packed was so large that it required a large box. They piled numerous small items into large boxes that I am unable to lift. They locked the drawers to file cabinets and then lost the keys to the file cabinets. I had to get a locksmith to get them open. We color-coded all boxes so that red-coded boxes would be piled along our garage wall, yellow-coded boxes would be piled in front of the red-code boxes, and that blue coded boxes would be piled in front of all of the other boxes so that we could unpack things we needed immediately (blue code) less important things (yellow code) could be unpacked later, and the remaining (red code) boxes could be unpacked whenever we got around to them. They did not follow our directions, but instead piled the boxes in a random sequence. A year later, we're still struggling with the unpacking job and still can't find a number of items at all. I found No Problem Movers through Yelp and I am so glad I did! I was moving from Mountain View to Los Gatos and after calling around, I decided to go with No Problem Movers because they offered a reasonable price and were available during the timeframe I needed. I booked. I was unaware of how a typical move works- and they educated me and kept me in the loop during the entire process. For a place of my size (2-br) a typical process consists of three steps: 1) the pre-packing day (the day before the move) 2) the move 3) the un-packing. On packing day, Teddy showed up on-time and packed my two bedroom place in about 6 hours- he worked quickly and diligently throughout. I have some very delicate collectibles and some very important china that I asked him to take special care of.... and he assured me he would. He let me know the status and I felt my items were in good hands. Once he was done, Teddy thanked me at the end of the day and said they would arrive the next morning around 8am to finish the move. They arrived on-time to my house around 8am in the morning. Five movers showed up and it took about 3 hours to load everything into the truck and I followed them to my new place. They took my things to my new place and then it took about 2 hours for them to take everything off the truck- they even placed everything where I wanted and moved my TV twice!!! Super service! As a side note, Teddy was super helpful and told me that if I was interested he would be happy to unpack my things himself (as a side-job from the moving company) for $25/hr. I took advantage of this because I didn't want to worry about unpacking. I was happy I took him up on the offer to unpack because for a super-cheap price all of my things were unpacked quickly and efficiently. He almost knew inherently where everything should go (you could tell he had unpacked many places) was fast and also made sure to let me see that everything was in wonderful condition after the move. Moving isn't easy.... but No Problem Movers lived up to the name. They were affordable, made it easy to do and Teddy in particular was helpful. In addition, he offered the unpacking I needed to finish the job. I learned a lot about the process of moving as well- it was very interesting to learn about the steps involved in a typical move. Now that I know these moving steps, next time I would hire Teddy separately to do both the pre-packing and the un-packing. I recommend both No Problem Movers and Teddy highly and will hire them again the next time I move. I will tell friends about both services. 5 stars!!! read more

Incredibly overpriced. We chose them based on a referral. Asked for an estimate and they never came out to provide it. We went ahead with them anyway assuming a move from houses 10 minutes apart could not be that outrageous. The price we paid for the level of service was not good. They did show up on time however they left all kinds of stuff behind at the move out property. The truck was also too small and required a second trip which helped crank up the price. They also charge for drive time from the time they leave their shop which I've never encountered before. Robert also gave us attitude about helping with a bit of packing and with adjusting placement of the rug and furniture. They also ripped a very expensive mattress in two places. Then after giving us sticker shock with the price, he started telling us the details of his gambling wins. We thought this was bizarre given we'd just said we felt overcharged. I would give one star but the younger members of his crew were all very nice and helpful in spite of not getting the job completely finished. If Robert had managed their time better the job could have taken significantly less time. I would not recommend this company and will not use them again. read more
