Way too many things were either not thoroughly checked or not checked at all. Huge Crack in master shower that was never mentioned. Above stove range has not worked since day 1 when we moved in. Microwave display is unreadable so we get to just guess how long our food is in there. Double oven circuit board is messed up. Leak under kitchen sink that I had to have fixed. Really sucks to have so many problems when you bought a house thinking it was in great shape. Would not recommend and will not use this company in the future.

We have bought and sold houses for decades and never have we experienced a more unprofessional or inexperience inspection and service provided by Mr. Hemm. He does not know his business, does not know how to inspect a property, and literally did not know what he was talking bout in many instances during the inspection. Listing multiple issues that both real estate agents were shocked and dumbfounded with. Either Mr. Hemm is working for the buyer as a kick back or he is terribly unqualified to be inspecting properties. This man should not be in the inspection business. By the way the property that he inspected has 2 previously inspections to compare his report to within the last 6 months. (The property fell out of escrow).

My realtor sent me a list of home appraisers and I chose Swafford Home Inspection because of the all the great reviews and turn around time for the inspection report. When I arrived, Corbin was already inspecting the home with my realtor. He stopped his work to introduce himself to me and explain the process of what he was doing. He advised me to look around the home and ask him any questions/concerns I had. He walked me through each area of the home explaining what was a concern, nuisance and what definitely needed repairs. He pointed out any red flags. He provided suggestions on how to repairs items which in my opinion is awesome because I am not very handy. Corbin made me feel at ease with his professionalism, communication and responsiveness.
