They don't ask if you'd like chopsticks, and they remain so unfriendly that customers have to pack everything into the bag themselves--they do nothing until you specifically ask for chopsticks. Can this really be called a Japanese restaurant? Given my position, I'm quite particular about discipline and manners, but I rarely reprimand people I don't know. However, since the situation was so bad, I did speak up--but they must have held a grudge, because their attitude has been even worse ever since. I recently visited Ninja Bubble Tea Restaurant with high hopes for a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the service was severely lacking. I patiently waited for a staggering 30 minutes before anyone even bothered to bring me a glass of water. This prolonged wait was quite frustrating and set the tone for the rest of my visit. To make matters worse, the food service was incredibly slow. After a lengthy 40-minute wait, only half of my order was finally brought to the table. I had to endure an additional 20-minute wait before the other half of my order arrived. Such a long delay between dishes is unacceptable and left me feeling incredibly disappointed. One of the items I ordered was their ramen, which had a rather steep price tag. Without any protein, just the ramen it self with soup, it cost $15, and with protein, it was $20+. Regrettably, the ramen itself failed to meet my expectations. The taste resembled that of a basic cup noodle, lacking the depth and complexity I had hoped for. Moreover, the texture of the noodles was far from fresh. It seemed as if they had been sitting in the soup for an extended period, resulting in a rather unpleasant eating experience. Overall, my experience at Ninja Bubble Tea Restaurant was underwhelming. The combination of slow service, a lengthy wait for food, and subpar ramen left me feeling dissatisfied. I had anticipated a more enjoyable visit, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
