I called around 8 times and was always told that I will be called right back, never happened! Until today 5 days later, John Monteiro, a sales manager called me back. He was so hostile and rude and refused to make this right. I could hardly get a word in he was a nightmare to talk to until he hung up on me. It is obvious that the front plate was not properly secured as it fell off, I just want Copeland of Brockton to make this right. I was even pulled over on Thursday of last week by a State trooper and given a warning for not having a front plate. This is not fair and all I want is for Copeland to make this right. I spent over $20,000, this is a small ask.

From there I was put on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up. Someone called me back shortly after to confirm the car had been checked in and would take at least 5 hours due to a safety recall. I can tell the car was only checked in because I called because that's exactly when I received the text message confirmation. The link in text message brought me to the Honda app to view my documents, except they hadn't done anything so there was no document to review. I told the agent I spoke with that I needed the car by the end of the day and she confirmed that would be fine because they close at 7pm and I would receive a follow up once the car was ready to be picked up. I agreed that it would be fine as long as I can get the car by 7pm. 5pm and still no call so I make my way to the dealership. The car is in the same spot I parked it in overnight and the agent at the desk lets me know no one has worked on the car. When was someone going to tell me that?
