Asked multiple questions car looked fine and they told me that they had to service it before I could come and pick it up and give it an oil change and everything like that. Once I got my car, I had it for a month and it completely broke down while I was driving. Every single light came on, and I had to get it towed. I was told that there was absolutely no oil in my car and that my engine was completely seized. Once we brought up the problems and concerns with the owner of ally motors he told me that it was not his team's fault and that they thought they put oil in there. If you are a professional setting, you should know to check your cars for absolutely everything before you sell it. They did absolutely everything in their power to make sure that they were not at fault for the car damage that I had to pay for. I brought up the concerns over email and text message and was never responded to. I got the car fixed and now a few months later at the same thing happened and the engine completely seized because they told me they had got the engine replacement but they didn't. All they did was jumpstart my car and call it a day. So now I'm having to deal with an engine replacement that I will be paying for due to their lack of professional professionalism. If I were you, I would never buy a car from here in this place should be out of business. It is like a huge scam. I'm only 19 and this was my first big purchase by myself and I'm highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and money that this has caused me. All of the workers are so very shady and never answer actual questions or solve any problems. All they want is your money and for you to leave.

I looked on Walmarts website and they are under $40 for 4. Was also asked to sign off that if I have to bring the car in for anything at all, even within the first 30 days, that I would be charged a $100 deductible fee.
